Un piccolo ma incantevole appartamento recentemente ristrutturato al primo piano (senza ascensore) di un antico palazzo del '600 situato in Via Urbana, zona Colosseo, in un angolo silenziosissimo nel cuore del centro storico della città.

L'appartamento è composto da un elegante angolo cottura rifinito in marmo travertino, zona notte dotata di un comodo letto matrimoniale, caratteristico soppalco in legno con letto singolo e bagno con doccia anch'esso in marmo travertino. Dispone di antico soffitto seicentesco in travi di legno, televisore a cristalli liquidi, aria condizionata e wi-fi.

Può ospitare fino a 3 persone.

I really enjoyed staying at this apartment. It is close to the train station and a 2 minutes walk from a metro station. It is situated on a quiet and very nice street. Right in front of the apartment, there is a bakery, a fruit/vegetables market and a delightful cheese market. The owner was very helpful for every kind of request, from how to get there to what to visit and where to eat. It was lovely to come back and have a fell-at-home after a day of intense walking. The kitchen is perfectly equiped and the bathroom is tiny, but very clean. I definitely enjoyed the AC ! By foot, I could easily reach the Colosseum, Trevi fountain, Pantheon and Piazza Navona. I recommend this nice place, it is worth the price.

This small apartment is very well located in Rome (10 minutes of Colosseo, less than 20 minutes to Trevi fountain, etc.). Everything is easy to walk to. There is an Internet place just a few doors from the apartment and a grocery within 5 minutes walk. The subway is really near (less than 5 minutes) as well as Termini station. There is air conditionning for the summer which can be used as heating system during the winter. The apartment is clean, well renovated. Very practical. I would rent this apartment again.
