Petit mais charmant appartement récemment remis à neuf au premier étage (sans ascenseur) d'un immeuble qui remonte au XVII siècle situé dans Via Urbana, dans le quartier du Colisée, un endroit très calme au coeur du centre historique.

Le studio comprend un élégant coin-cuisine en marbre, un lit double, une petite mezzanine avec un lit simple sous un plafond en bois et une salle de bains avec douche.

Le charme du studio est enrichi par le plafond en poutres datant du XVII siècle et par les mosaiques ornementales. Il dispose de télévision à écran plat, climatisation et wi-fi.

L'appartement peut acceuillir jusqu'à 3 personnes.

I really enjoyed staying at this apartment. It is close to the train station and a 2 minutes walk from a metro station. It is situated on a quiet and very nice street. Right in front of the apartment, there is a bakery, a fruit/vegetables market and a delightful cheese market. The owner was very helpful for every kind of request, from how to get there to what to visit and where to eat. It was lovely to come back and have a fell-at-home after a day of intense walking. The kitchen is perfectly equiped and the bathroom is tiny, but very clean. I definitely enjoyed the AC ! By foot, I could easily reach the Colosseum, Trevi fountain, Pantheon and Piazza Navona. I recommend this nice place, it is worth the price.

El apartamento tiene una muy buena ubicación y es muy cómodo. Fuimos muy bien recibidos. Volveríamos a elegirlo.

This small apartment is very well located in Rome (10 minutes of Colosseo, less than 20 minutes to Trevi fountain, etc.). Everything is easy to walk to. There is an Internet place just a few doors from the apartment and a grocery within 5 minutes walk. The subway is really near (less than 5 minutes) as well as Termini station. There is air conditionning for the summer which can be used as heating system during the winter. The apartment is clean, well renovated. Very practical. I would rent this apartment again.
