Appartamento al secondo piano di una palazzina con ascensore in Via degli Scipioni, vicino al Vaticano e a 100 metri dalla fermata Ottaviano della metro (Linea A) e dal capolinea degli autobus di Piazza Risorgimento che lo collegano facilmente con i luoghi d'interesse storico e culturale più importanti di Roma.

Nelle vicinanze ci sono molti ristoranti caratteristici romani, oltre a due importanti vie per lo shopping (Via Ottaviano e Via Cola di Rienzo) e alle bancarelle tradizionali di Viale Giulio Cesare.

La casa è stata totalmente ristrutturata ed è dotata di parquet, infissi antirumore a tutte le finestre e riscaldamento autonomo.

Si compone di uno spazioso disimpegno collegato a vista ad una moderna cucina all'americana ottimamente accessoriata con fuochi a gas, forno, microonde, frigorifero, freezer, 3 spaziose camere con letti matrimoniali, armadi, cassettiere, TV, e un bagno con ampio box doccia al quale si accede attraverso 2 gradini.

A disposizione degli ospiti ci sono: ferro e tavola da stiro, asciugacapelli, macchina del caffè, utensili da cucina, biancheria da bagno e biancheria da letto, wi-fi.

La struttura ospita fino a 5 persone.

We really enjoyed our stay in the apartment. It is spacious enough even for 3 befriended couples and the location is perfect. Owner is friendly and helpful. We found the beds and pillows guite hard, but the only minpoint was the size and quality of the towels: too small and too thin! And we would recommend everybody to use the transfer from the airport. We came from Champione airport by bus. It took us hours, as we lost our bags and the Metro was not working!!

The only reason I give 8 for quality is because there is only one toilet in a 6 beds flat. The rest was ok taking in account the price.

Appartement intéressant par ses chambres très spacieuses, bonnes literies. Cuisine assez petite mais suffisante pour petit déjeuner et repas du soir. (manque de couverts et de verres a partir de 3 personnes). Fenêtres double vitrage efficaces. Appartement bien situé à quelques rues du Vatican. Quartier tranquille et sympa! Propriétaire dynamique et agréable ( parle bien français)

The owners were really nice and helpful, always punctual, gave us a few quick and effective hints that helped us throughout our stay in Rome. Perfect location near San Pietro and the Vatican museums and a few steps from Ottaviano underground station taking you to the most interesting places in Rome. The area offered everything we needed, restaurants, supermarkets, shops open until late at night, cinema. The apartment, part of a historical building, was big, well equipped and clean. The position was quiet and the flat comfortable (only a little refurbishing needed in tbe bathroom).We truly enjoyed with our two children our stay at this apartment and we surely recommend it.

Me and 4 of my friends stayed at the apartment for 2 nights in Rome as part of a weeks holiday travelling around Italy. The landlord was very welcoming and friendly from the beginning and made us feel at ease. Very clean and tidy and felt at home right away. Will definitely be recommending the apartment to others and can now contact the landlord directly when i am looking to stay in Rome again. Perfect location right by Vatican city! Would definitely recommend.

We had a lot of problems in this apartment. Neighbors are very racists, they bothered us a lot, disturbing our babies late at night, yelling, sounding the bell until we told we would call our ambassy. For Europeans, it could be a nice apartment. If You are not european, forget it !!!!!!! If You are not white and blond, run of it!

location is almost perfect, can be reached easily and quickly from Otaviani subway station, the apartment is well kept and clean. The owner is very nice and ready to help.

The apartment was in an excellent location near the vatican and very close to a subway station. The apartment was clea, in excellent condition and quite large (we are a family of 5 and we were very comfortable) - the owner was freindly and helpful - I hope to stay there again sometime!

The landlord is a very nice man, the apartment was very clean and there was enough room for all 6 of us. The apartment is located 5 min. from Piazza San Pietro and 3 min. from underground station. We did not have any problems, evreything was perfect.

Very well placed. the appartment is very well equiped. The owner is very helpful. We were 6 persons and it was absolutely ok. A second bathroom would have been usefull. I recommend it.

I am very glad with the apartment we stayed in! The owner looked for friendly and was very helpful!

The only thing with our stay, which was bad is the return flight delay- 6 hours, but this is not something that depends from you- :) !!!

Our stay in the apartment was very good. Just a 5 minutes walk from the Vatican and the metro. The location of the apartment was perfect. Good beds and a lot of space. It would have been nice to have a waterboiler and a coffeemaker.
