The appartment is small (as photos show), but if you are a couple it's an ideal place to stay. Its greatest advantage is its location; it's close to everything and you can find restaurants, mini markets or bars within a walking distance. However, the appartment wasn't so clean. There was dust everywhere, the sheets were really old and didn't smell nice and the shower seemed as if it hadn't been cleaned for a quite some time. Although the owner had left α a bleach and other cleaners, they were almost empty. if you can deal with that, then it's a great place to stay.

The apartment was not identified on the doorbell. The lady who was supposed to meet us was 30 minutes late and not available on phone. Apart from that the apartment was exactly like advertised at a very competitive price and at a perfect location. For a cheap option in Trastevere I could definitely recommend this one.

Camera carinissima e silenziosa nel cuore di trastevere, collegata benissimo al resto di roma (basta attraversar il ponte sisto e si ci ritrova a campo de fiori, e tute le piazze).Come si vede dalle foto la stanza è piccola ma pulita e con tutte le piccole comodità: televisore a muro, un mobile con minicucina, lavello (in realtà è un piccolo buco) e frigo, poi letto matrimoniale con armadio colonna ai lati, bagno con tutti i sanitari e angolo doccia e asciugamani +teli doccia. è provvisto di posate, pentole bicchieri e piatti sia in vetro ke in carta, tovaglioli e briosche per la prima colazione. Io lo trovo ideale per trascorer qlk giorno a roma.

It was quiet at night despite being in a busy area.

La descrizione dell’appartamento corrisponde, anche se la proprietaria sembrava non sapere di doverci fornire il necessario per la prima colazione per tutti i giorni del soggiorno, che abbiamo per lo più dovuto acquistare noi. Dimensioni assolutamente ridotte, ma quello dalle foto sul sito lo si deduce. Pulito ma mal tenuto, poca manutenzione, ambiente umido e freddo. Abbiamo dovuto chiedere alla proprietaria di fornirci una stufetta in aggiunta al condizionatore caldo freddo presente nell’ appartamento, che seppur tenuto costantemente al massimo della temperatura, non era affatto sufficiente a riscaldare l’ambiente. Nota positiva la eccellente posizione in pieno centro del quartiere Trastevere, e ciò nonostante silenzioso. In conclusione riteniamo che il prezzo sia esageratamente alto in rapporto al servizio offerto.Reference Code:

We had a very nice stay in the apartment. Everything was clean and confortable. The landlady was very kind and left us milk, bred and butter for the first breakfast. The appartment is in the best possible place to visit Rome, you can walk everywere from there and trainways are very close too. The street it is in is beautifull and full of day and night life. It fullfilled our expectations. It can be a bit small for other people, but for us it enough.
