We were two adults staying in the apartment mid November for a week. It has great location and is very comfortable. The cafe in front is very convenient though the bar tender is not the friendliest person. There are grocery stores around where you may find everything needed. The street a little bit noisy, but I guess this is how Rome is and did not bother us most of the time. The owner and the apartment manager were very kind and friendly. The latter was exact on time at the meeting point, provided a map and gave us general information how to get around. We were very happy by their service. Sleepingrome agency were also very responsive answering all our questions, confirming the reservation right after advance was paid, and leading us through the whole process. Thanks every for your support and making our stay a pleasure! If we come back to Rome, we will definitely book the same apartment under the same conditions.

What a lovely apartment!!! Perfect for two couples. The location is superb, close to everything, and I specially recommend the coffee-shop just in front. Also the owner was the perfect host. He helped us a lot with tips on where to shop, And again, sleepingRome confirmed that you can trust them in every detail.

Hi! I would like to thank SleepingRome about possibility to find this apartment. We where 4 adults and 1 child (10 years), and we are very happy for this stay. Apartment was very nice, clean, very good location - close to Coloseo, in the heart of Roma city. Comunication with ovner was very nice - he help us a lot with suggestions and ideas. If You vould like to feel like a part of Rome - You should stay in this apartment. We where wery happy for this vacation in Roma, and would like to return after some time!!!

Nous avons séjourné dans cet appartemnt près du colisée. La location est très propre, l'appartement bien équipé et très fonctionnel. De plus il est très bien situé : on peut visiter tout rome sans utiliser les transports en commun ( sauf pour aller à Saint Pierre de Romme). M. Lupi le propriétaire est très gentil et serviable. Merci à slleepingromme pour son sérieux et son efficacité

Excellent appartment situated on maximum 10 m walking distance from the different spots such as Colosseo, Trevi, Forum,...
Relative quiet environment
Even if the bathroom is small, the kitchen, salon and sleeping accomodations are very functional.
The responsible is very sympathic and avalaible 24/7 in case of problem

Posizione ottima, appartamento silenzioso, confortevole, pulito apparte il bagno che poteva essere più pulito e rifinito meglio.
