302-B: One of the most original and unique apartments in the center of Rome. It develops on more levels and it is composed of a big living room with white marble fireplace, high ceiling and wooden beams, a wonderful double bed and a white sofa-bed.

An ancient staircase leads to a spacious loft with sofa-bed and dining area from which you can have an overall view of the house in its artistic value. This wonderful area, with soft lights, bone and ivory jewels and light-coloured textiles, is decoreted with art words: paintings by Ezio Bastianelli on the walls and two big lamps in palm fibre from Malindi handmade by architect Marzia Chierichetti.

In the apartment there is a spacious bathroom with wardrobe and a big shower stall with comfortable seat. From the kitchen guests can go upstairs to the most intimate place, the zen garden suite, a sleeping area with a small zen garden that facilates the relaxation.

The apartment faces a lovely privace terrace equipped with table and a big flower bed. Through a small door excavated in the rock, guests can enter an unusual area, the underground cellar, where you can taste typical Italian wines and salami. The cell has been created in an ancient secret passage that in olden times connected the building to San Salvatore in Lauro Church.
