The 65 Sq.Metres (700 Sq.Ft.) apartment includes a big living-room with a comfortable single sofa bed, a small single sofa bed, and a large fully equipped kitchenette. In the quiet bedroom, there are a large double bed, fine furniture and a perfectly working fireplace. The apartment has a big bathroom, with both bathtub and shower, a walk-in-closet and a small balcony. The wood beam ceiling makes the apartment warm and comfortable.

This apartment is fully equipped: TV, washing machine, dish washer, hairdryer, iron, ironing board, air conditioning, independent heating.

Bed linen €15 per person, not included in the price.

Please note that this is not a tourist activity, but a short-term lease. As a result, tourist tax for this apartment is not due and, upon arrival, we will sign a short stay rental agreement. Extra services (i.e. cleaning, linen, etc.) will be invoiced separately.
