The apartment, 50 sm., is locataed in a quiet crosspiece of Via Aurelia. It is situated at the ground floor and is provided with a car parking.

The apartment is composed of a vast living room with a comfortable double sofabed, a big bedroom with TV/VHS, bathroom and well equipped kitchen that overlooks on a small balcony.
On demand it’s possible to add an extra single bed.

Washing machine, air conditioning, indipendent heating, hi-fi, are as well available.

The apartment is an ideal and inexpensive accommodation to grant a wonderful roman vacation, or to participate to stages, workshops, or concourses.

It is in a perfect position to explore the marvellous places of cultural and tourist interest and to reach by subway or bus lines roman sea points as Ostia and Fregene.

It can host up to 4 people and the price includes towels and sheets. Though we loved animals, pets are not allowed. Internet wi-fi available.

The appartment was perfect for us (2 adults, 2 children 12 and 18 years old). The lady who received us was very nice. There were some small attentions in the appartment and we appreciated this very much (there was some fruit, milk, cakes, ....). From the appartment you can get very easily into the city. We used the metro every day. The place is quiet and well kept. Conclusion : we were very happen to have chosen this appartment. Thanks, Hilde, Bruno, Isis & Igna

Nice clean appartment, very friendly and helpfull host. Bus stop nearby, metro and supermarket about 8 minutes walk. Good value for the money. Great service from Sleepingrome as well.

Nuestra estadía fue maravillosa. El lugar muy tranquilo, bien ubicado para lo que nosotros buscabamos. Cerca de los medios de transporte pero alejado del ruido.
El departamento muy cómodo, amplio y perfectamente instalado con todo tipo de comodidades.
Un comentario especial para las personas de referencia que nos recibieron, Sra. Giuliana y familia del Sr. Cicinelli, excelente trato y cordialidad.
Sumamente educados y siempre a nuestra disposición. Nos hicieron sentir como en casa. realmente excepcional. ( POr favor Haganlo saber).
Tenemos los mejores recuerdos de ellos y de Roma gracias a ellos y muchas ganas de volver pronto.
