Characteristic apartment finely furnished and recently renovated on the ground floor with indipendent entrance in Via degli Equi in San Lorenzo area, close to La Sapienza University. Centrally located, well connected and only 10 minutes walk to the central station (Termini) where you easily reach all the most tourist sites and airports of the city.

The night life of this area does not affect the peace: the loft is located inside the building with private entrance that overlooks the green courtyard. Really close to all kinds of services.

The apartment consists of: a family room with double bed and bunk bed, bathroom with shower, double bedroom with double bed and bathroom with shower.

There is a living room with a kitchen complete with fridge freezer, 4 electric rings, kettle, toaster, microwave, dishes, cutlery and cooking utensils for 10 people.

It can host up to 6 people.

The apartment is really cozy and comfortable. A bit too far from public transportation, but the king size bedrooms bed just compensates everything. :) I really enjoyed staying there and would come for the second time. Just you need to fix the shower :) Good luck!

Très bel appartement. Barbara est adorable. Un peu loin du centre historique mais le quartier de San Lorenzo est également très agréable. Très bon plan.

We had a fantastic time in Rome and Barbara fortuna could not have been more helpful!
The house had a problem with its power supply and some of the sockets were very loose!
The power kept tpipping off esp. if the cooker
was on and say the corner light.
The shower had a bad leak on the side of the
loo.
Other than that it was fine.
I think I would book again through you, to another Italian city, maybe Venice.
It all went quite smoothly which is always a nice supprise!
