These apartments are the perfect solution for large groups, they can accommodate up to 25 people in total. These apartments are all on the same floor (basement) of a building located in the city centre, in San Pietro Area. Even being located on the basement with windows at street level, they are full of light.

RMAP148:It can host up to 5 people.

Large and comfortable 45 sq. meter apartment (about 500 sq. feet) sleeps five.
- Bedroom with king size bed (cm. 180X200) that can be divided into two single beds
- Living Room with double sofa bed (cm. 160X200), single sofa bed, adjustable table with chairs for 4-6 persons, fully furnished kitchenette
- Bathroom with shower

RMAP149: It can host up to 10 people.

This large and comfortable 80 sq. meter apartment (about 870 sq. feet) sleeps up to 10.
- Bedroom with king size bed (cm. 180X200) that can be divided into two single beds.
- Bedroom with king size bed that can be divided into two single beds + single sofa bed
- "Jolly" room with king size bed that can be divided into two single beds. This room has one door in this apartment and an other in the apartment RMAP150. So it can be rent either with this apartment or with RMAP150. Jolly room rates are included in the price of this apartment.
- Living Room with large double sofa bed (cm. 160X200), single sofa bed (cm. 80X200), adjustable table with chairs for 8-12 persons
- Fully furnished kitchen - Two bathrooms with shower.

- Fully furnished kitchen
- Two bathrooms with shower
- Jolly room can be added to this apartment, jolly room rates are not included in the price of this apartment.

RMAP151: It can host up to 5 people.

This large and comfortable 45 sq. meter apartment sleeps up to five.
