This sunny beautiful apartment is located in the historical neighbourhood of San Lorenzo, often related to Trastevere for its lively and youthful atmosphere: during night swarm with people in and out of wine bars, of high quality restaurants and of characteristic ‘trattorie’.

Even if central, the apartment overlooks the quiet period building’s courtyards.

It’s very well linked with the city center, underground stops Termini and Vittorio Emanuele are 5 minutes walking distance, the bus stop is in front of the building.

This bright apartment is composed of a dining room, three double (or twin) bedrooms, two bathrooms, one of them ‘en suite’, and a kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped (fridge, freezer, stove, microwave oven, folding table).

The apartment is provided with air conditioning during the summer. Free Internet wi-fi available.

It can host up to 7 persons.

The owners were very nice and helpful with providing us information on Rome as well as getting us into the apartment early. The apartment bedrooms were excellent and accommodated my family with 2 teenagers. It was great having two bathrooms too. The location was about 15 minutes from the termini train station and there was a bus stop immediately outside the apartment. We were in Rome first week of July so it was very hot but the air conditioning was a great relief. The kitchen has most of the things you needed and we did prepare many meals in the apartment. It would have been nice to have wine glasses. We did not find the area of San Lorenzo very inviting so most often we were on the bus or walking to the Metro and heading into the main area.

This apartment is brand new and also very clean, though it's a bit away from the central station(15 minutes of walk), but all in all it's in a lovely historical neiborhood, with markets in short distance. The owner(and her family) was extremely nice to us, giving all the information of great restaurants(remember to reserve the table before going, 'cause they're really popular) and designer stores where we enjoyed immensely. There were some little problems in the apartments(wi-fi disconnected, kitchen hood not functional, and a lack of curtains in one room), but they were solved right away with the help of the owner. I'll definitely come back should I ever feel a need of Rome again.
