Newly renovated apartment located in Via Crescenzio, in the Prati district, a few steps from the Vatican and 10 minutes walk from the metro stations "Ottaviano" and "Lepanto".
The apartment is large and sunny, it has high ceilings and offers a glimpse view on Castel Sant'Angelo. It has two double bedrooms (one with French-size bed), both quiet, comfortable and equipped with TV, air conditioning, heating and en-suite bathroom with shower and hairdryer. All rooms have double-glazed windows.
The house also includes a living room with kitchenette with microwave, water boiler, gas stoves, fridge and freezer, dishes and washing machine. Internet wi-fi is available.
It can accommodate up to 5 people (for the fifth person an airbed is available)
Nearby you can find: grocery store, supermarkets and the neighbourhood market. In the Prati district there are restaurants, bars, pharmacies open even at night, banks and famous shopping streets such as Via Cola di Rienzo and Via Ottaviano.
The area is connected to Termini station by bus n°492, and to Ostiense station by bus 23.
It is an ideal starting point to visit the most important sights of Rome.
Smoking is forbidden in the apartment. Pets are not allowed.
