In the very heart of Rome, on Via Frattina, this fully renovated apartment is located on the 1st floor of a tipical roman palazzo dating back to the 1700. It consists of a master bedroom with a double bed, a second bedroom with a queen size bed, a spacious living room with sitting-area that can be turned into two single beds and dining area, a fully furnished kitchen and a bathroom with bathtub. Two extra single beds are available. It counts with air conditioning television and Internet.

Each room has a big window that face via Frattina, one of the most important shopping streets in Rome. The kitchen is equipped with 4 gas stoves, oven, mocrowave oven, refrigerator,toaster, dishwasher and washing machine. Elegant and very comfortable, this apartment also includes a security door, independent heating and partial air condition.

It is 110 m2 and can accommodate up to 8 people.

The apartment is perfect located and well conected with bus & metro. It is an old building first floor with no lift and room distribution is strange. But inside is fine and the living room and kitchen are big and forniture is fine. A problem: just one bathroom. Host very kind and formal. I booked with no time and cheaper options were not able, but if you don't mind the bigger price for location, this is a very good option.
