Moderno B&B in Via dello Statuto, a 100 mt dalla Basilica di Santa Maria Maggiore.
La struttura si trova al quarto piano con ascensore di un palazzo d’epoca.
Totalmente ristrutturata, rifinita e curata nei minimi particolari, per poter offrire agli ospiti un ambiente confortevole.
Tutte le camere sono dotate di bagno privato, aria condizionata e riscaldamento autonomo, tv satellitare, cassaforte, phon, frigobar, telefono e connessione internet ADSL. La colazione č inclusa.

the appartment is really nice, clean and in very good place. you can reach termini station in about 7 min, and if you like walking, you can visit the city even by foots. cafe, sweet shop is all around. it would be perferct if would be more sunshine in the room, but when you only sleep in it - no problem

very nice room! it was big, and well decorated,location was great! very quiet building, confy beds! and nice bathroom, i will stay there again without a problem

Thought I would give you some feedback on this accomodation so you can
update your records. Please note this place is really a Hotel that
provides breakfasts in a nearby Cafe. There is a full time reception to
service the large number of rooms they have. Not a true B & B. It is
however very well run and the room we had was very comfortable.
As it is a Hotel, they readily took all types of Credit Cards as payment.
Cash was not an option here.
