In Via degli Scipioni, a few steps from Via Ottaviano (30 meters after the metro stop) and only 300 Mt from Piazza San Pietro, this wonderful solution offers two suites and two rooms on the first floor of a building with lift.

RMBB31: Suite consisting of double bedroom, living room with sofa bed (two beds) and kitchen corner (just for breakfast), bathroom with shower. Max 4 guests.

RMBB32: Suite composed of double bedroom, living room with sofa bed (two beds) and kitchen corner (just for breakfast), bathroom with shower.
Max 3 adults (or 2 adults + 2 children).

RMBB33: Room with double bed and en-suite bathroom.

RMBB34: Room with twin beds, which can be combined to form a double bed, en-suite bathroom (availability of third bed).

RMBB33 and RMBB34 share a kitchen corner (just for breakfast) in the corridor.

The area is one of the most central of Rome and offers all kind of services.

All spaces are extremely quiet, with central heating, air conditioning, internet WI FI, TV color and hair dryer.
They can be rented separately or together to accommodate up to 12/13 people.
Bedding and towels are provided.

Baby cots and iron available upon request.

We had a lovely time here in this very stylefully decoratedl studio. The room is airy and has high ceiling. Windows on both sides, both viewing over an inner court yard. Very clean, well equipped. Modern bath room with shower, toilet/bidet and basin. The landlady was marvellous giving us lots of information about Rome, a map and offered help in case we needed any. Breakfast with croissants, fruit juice and biscuits and facility to make filter coffee. The studio is situated very close to Metro, shops and small restaurants. Vatican, St Peter Basilicum are about 5 min - 10 min walk. Metro connections are great. It was very good value for money and would definitely come back again!

Very Nice room with everything you need to spend a few days in Rome. Well located and breakfast was ok.

beautifull apartment, great location, pleasant landlady. We had booking taxi from/to airport and it was a good decision.

Excelente departamento digno de recomendar. La atencion fue muy buena. Goza de una inmejorable ubicacion a solo unas cuadras del Vaticano y 150 metros del subte.
