Bed & Breakfast, situated on the first floor of a distinguished 1930s building in Viale Giulio Cesare, in the heart of the elegant Prati neighbourhood. It offers all comforts for a carefree Roman holiday. Well connected to the city center due to the subway stop “Ottaviano – San Pietro”.

There are three smartly furnished suites, each with its own spacious bathroom. Each suite can comfortably host two people, and another bed can be added on request.

All suites have a fridge, an LCD 20' television, satellite decoder and ceiling fan.
The bathrooms have a shower, wash-hand basin, WC, bidet, heated towel rail, hairdryer and clothesline.

Guests can also use a confortable common area with tables, chairs and kitchen provided with microwave for having breakfast.
