Bed and Breakfast in Via Napoleone III, a soli 2 minuti a piedi dalla bellissima basilica di Santa Maria Maggiore e a soli 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione Termini (150mt).

Situato al terzo piano (con ascensore) di un Palazzo d'apoca recentemente ristrutturato, offre camere di elevato standard qualitativo, completo di ogni comfort.

RMBB166: Camera singola.

RMBB167-168: Camere doppie con possibilità di terzo letto.

RMBB169-170: Camere triple, di cui una con possibilità di 4 letto.

RMBB171-172: Camere quadruple.

Tutte arredate con gusto, fornite di bagno interno con doccia, phon, tv, minibar, riscaldamento, aria condizionata, macchina per il caffè/tè ed accesso WiFi gratuito.
Incluso nel costo per notte della camera è una piccola colazione.

La struttura si trova vicino al Museo Nazionale Romano e le Terme di Diocleziano dove si trova una tra le più belle e famose basiliche di Roma, Santa Maria degli Angeli.
La Galleria Nazionale in Via Nazionale e il Teatro dell'Opera sono a meno di 10 minuti a piedi.

In totale si possono ospitare un massimo di 22 persone. Ideale per gruppi numerosi.

En voyage d'études avec un groupe de 15 élèves. Logement idéal. Excellent rapport qualité/prix pour ce type de séjour. Central et confortable. Les chambres qui donnent sur la rue sont bruyantes mais cela est supportable. L'accueil était parfait

It is close to Termini, we easily found. Terribly noisy, but it was clear there was no heating in april, so we a little cold. The breakfast there is no choice, we ate the same three times, croissan, toast, jam. Overall we had a good time.

The appartement was absolutely not recommendable. We had two rooms on the other side of the road, 200 m down the road and had to change the house for breakfast. The rooms, specially the doubleroom was very dirty, so for ex. somebody had blown his nose on the mirror! For a price of 206 € for two bed’s absolutely inacceptable!

Thank you for your message. We inform the owner of the B&B about your negative report. We are very sorry that you had not a good stay in one of our accomodation. Following his speech, which we monitor his case is only one exception.

Muy bien ubicado para los que se quieran quedar 2 o 3 días para conocer Roma y solamente volver para dormir. Nos sentimos muy bién con la atención recibida de parte del personal.
