The host was wonderful, though the room was not. The bed was very bad; it was an old frame that has on top a newer bulk bed that didn´t even reach the edges of the bed. It was functional but I wouldn´t recommend it.

I spent 4 nights here, and I was satisfied with everything. The location is not far from the city center, the hosts were kind and helpful. I recommend this accommodation to everyone.

Nice location on ground floor with large yard in back, can sit outside for breakfast. Owner is nice lady, very friendly and helpful, but limited English.

I attended Rome for a conference by myself and booked a B&B through SleepingRome, not knowing what it would be like. I must say I was quite pleased with the service. The room was in a very nice area, it was clean, and the hostess was extremely helpful in every way. Because I did not speak Italian, the evening I arrived (which was very late), she walked me three blocks to the bus stop to show me exactly which bus to take to Termini and to the location of the conference. The rate was very reasonable and I would definitely use the service again. I also highly recommend to anyone else.

Reference Code:RMBB11 - PORTA PIA The B&B accommodation was not bad, but we couldn't sleep in the room we reserved, we had to go to an other location and we had to share the bathroom (what we didn't expect). Nobody wants such a thing on arriving on holidays, it does not seem very serious. Dear Joel, thank you for your report. Due to damage caused by working in the adjacent apartment, water in B&B 11, was not available. Unfortunately this happened on the day of your arrival. The owner (Mrs. Lotti) was immediately assist you. She founded an alternative solution in the same area, and she informed sleepingrome about your situation. For two nights (on five) you shared the bathroom with a single room. You optained a reduction price of EUR 50 (instead of EUR 330, you paid a total of EUR 280 for 5 nights.), she paid the difference from her pocket since the new accomodation cost more. Certainly this is not what you want from an holiday and thank you very much for your patience, we are very very sorry. However, Mrs. Lotti (RMBB11) has given you all possible assistance, sleepingrome monitorized your situation and you spent less than expected. A bit of seriousness in our actions could be recognized. RMBB11 is probably the last true B & B in Rome, where guests lives in contact with a nice family. Mrs. Lotti is a very nice and serious person. (posted by SleepingRome)

Reference Code: RMBB11 - PORTA PIA The bed and breakfast accommodation we stayed in Rome was fairly comfortable, although we had to go through the owner's kitchen to reach our bathroom. Also, we expected to be nearer Porta Pia than we were. The owner was very kind to us and friendly but we would not stay there again because of the location.

Reference Code:B&B code 11 I spent a wonderful weekend with my fiance in Rome late June. We were staying at Mrs. Lotti's B&B place. Everything were present what were promised like a nicely furnished and private bathroom, breakfast in the garden and what's more: an absolutely nice and generous landlady, Mrs. Lotti. We would like to recommend this place for everyone.

Reference Code: 11 We have a wonderful 3 days in Mrs. Lottis house. The breakfast was not so good and to less. But the coffee was very good :-) The house was nearly the termini station and we get easiely to all the sightseeing areas. We will never forget mrs. Lotti and rome. Thanks Selma
