Appartamento RMAP87 Citt&agrave: Roma. Zona della città: Colosseo - monti Max Letti: 2

L’appartamento è situato al terzo e ultimo piano (senza ascensore) di un palazzetto d' epoca del Seicento in Via Frangipane a pochi passi dal Colosseo.  

Per l’altezza e la quantità di finestre risulta molto luminoso e silenzioso. L’interno è stato completamente ristrutturato di recente, mantenendo le originarie travi in legno del soffitto che ne determinano la bellezza.

Si compone di una camera principale che funge da soggiorno/notte con letto doppio, tavolo in legno e camino e di una stanzetta con tetto basso adibita a guardaroba. Il bagno dotato di doccia risulta funzionale. La cucina è attrezzata di ogni equipaggiamento per 2 persone.

E' dotato inoltre di aria condizionata con pompa di calore, TV, lavatrice, microonde e asciugacapelli.

Su richiesta è disponibile la internet key senza limiti di connessione € 4 al giorno

If you are looking for a centralized location to all the tourist spots. This is it. Amenities: It has all the basic stuff - Towels, clean sheets, functioning shower area and small kitchen, a fridge, a washing machine and a drying area. A supermarket and several food joints are located nearby. A functioning air-conditioning that will cool all your sumer heat away. Cons: Floor are a little rough on barefoot so please do wear bedroom slippers. Bed is a sofa-bed so it will be a little hard on people who are used to comfortable and soft beds. The ceiling is relatively low, so it may be back aching for tall people in the bedroom area.

Perfect place to stay in Rome. Near metro, accessible to many monuments of Rome and a cozy place to rest after the long walks in Rome. For the next renters, do not go to the Colosseum metro stop, the Cavour station offers better location to find the apartment. and finally give a ten to Alessandro for their reception and treatment throughout their stay.

Great location, just right next to Colosseum. The apartment is good, clean and you can find everything you need there. Enjoyed the stay and would recommend!

You need to give exact directions how to reach the place - or give a map of location. We looked for it for an hour and nobody can tell us where it is (though it's very near to metro).

A little pearl at a perfect location, just a few staps away from the Colloseum. What you see on the pictures is what you get and more. Clean and wonderfully decorated with wooden ceiling and small tiles on the floor. Medieval experience. Perfect for two, we had a great stay. I absolutely recommend this accommodation.

Un petit appartement tranquille tout près du Colisée et du Forum Latin, accessible rapidement de la gare. Nous y avons passé 5 jours avec mon mari et nous gardons un très bon souvenir de cette location.
Situé au dernier étage sous les mansardes, attention toutefois aux personnes trop grandes, les portes étant assez basses.
