At Via del Boschetto, next to Rione Monti, just few steps from Colosseo, from Fori Imperiali and Piazza Venezia, in the heart of Rome's historical center. This is a very well connected area for its nearness to Metro, Stazione Termini and a lot of bus stops.

The apartment is at ground floor and doesn’t face the street which makes it very quiet, fresh during the summer and warm during the winter. It is composed by a double bedroom facing the inside 25 sqm private garden, a livingroom with kitchen corner, dining table and double sofabed.
Small Bathroom with shower.
Furthermore the apartment has independent heating, TV, microwaves, toaster, iron, ironing board.

Public telephone, internet point and laundry just outside the apartment.
Sheets and final cleaning are included.

You can have an ilimited internet key  €4 per day

Really perfect location. The apartment was very comfortable for us(couple), well-equipped with all household items (even coffee!).Nice and clean. We loved the place very much (we were 4 persons). I recommend it.

Than you very much for Mr. Flavio Lupi for his kindness and flexibility. The apartman was very comfortable for us(couple), well-equipped with all household items (even coffee!). The bedline and towels are spotless. The apartman is very close to the metro station and can be reached by feet from the city centre as well. There are nice cafes, trattorias and gelaterias around, and also a good grocery shop 200 ms away. We hope to come back soon!

The apartment was in the very perfect place, the furniture was solid but quite enough, Mr. Alessandro was wery kind. Arriving we had a
little suprise to see both bed were double instead of we have seen on the picture of your internet side. There were two single ( separated) beds in the kitchen on the foto, it was the cause of our choosing this apartment. So it was lightly annoying but we managed this problem and didn't want to make any trouble for it.
