Every apartment (with the exception of the code 70 just concerning washing machine and dishwasher) has telephone, air conditioning, TV, indipendent heating, washing machine and dishwasher.

RMAP64: The apartment of 110 mq is placed at the 4th floor, with lift. It's on two floors. Downstairs there is a wide livingroom with a "cotto floor" and a fireplace which makes the atmosphere warm and homely. From this room guests have access to a big panoramic terrace of 33 mq, equipped with table and chairs in order to make breakfast on open air in Spring and Summer.

The kitchen is well equipped and functional but not habitable. It allows the access to another furneshed terrace. The elegant double bedroom has an internal bathroom with Jacuzzi. In the same floor there is a single bedroom with an internal bathroom and a laundry zone. Upstairs there is another double bedroom with bathroom and aterrace with a suggesting sight of Rome.
