En Via Gualtiero Serafino, a sólo 400 metros de la parada del metro “Cipro – Musei Vaticani”, un amplio y luminoso apartamento cerca a la zona de San Pietro, Piazza di Spagna y Piazza Navona. Numerosas líneas de autobús lo comunican fácilmente, incluso de noche, con el resto de la ciudad.

El apartamento está compuesto por un amplio y luminoso salón con dos mesas y un cómodo sofá-cama doble, con al lado una cocina espaciosa y funcional, una habitaciòn matrimonial con baño interno y otro dormitorio triple, con cama matrimonial + cama individual, con un baño al lado.
Dispone de calefacción individual e instalación de aire acondicionado.

Puede alojar cómodamente hasta 7 personas.

Reference Code:RMAP55 On our return home I contacted you with regard to the very poor standard of this property.The apartment was dirty-the fridge had not been cleaned and there was rubbish on the veranda from work that had been carried out on it. Both shower screens were in a dangerous condition- in danger of falling off. As they were both glass this could have resulted in a serious accident.The bedlinen had holes in it and there were not enough towels and those we had were of a very poor quality. The oven did not work and the only means of cooking a meal was a mini grill which would only have held two small pieces of steak.The apartment was for 5+ people!The kitchen equipment was basic.As I said in my original response I will think twice about using your company again.

The landlady decided to rent the flat only for long periods so that it's not available anymore.
We apologise again for what happened.

We found this apartment to be of a poor standard. The apartment caters for 7 but provides only 2 comfortable seats on a grubby sofabed. The sheets had holes in them.Both shower screens were dangerous as they were made of glass and were coming away from the wall.

The oven did not work and all that was provided was a 40cms mini grill that would have held 1 steak.The untensils provided were totally inadequate.It was a major undertaking to make a cup of coffee. The freezer had not been defrosted and was unusable. The place had not been cleaned properly. There was rubbish from repairs on the balcony.
I have to say that it is unlikely that I will use your company again
We are very sorry for your report.
We didn't receive a phone from you during your stay, we could try to resolve a part of the problem.
This Apartment will be deleted from our catalogue.

Excelent place!Walking distance from Vatican and St.Peter's Square.
Apartment is very spacious and comfortable.The owner Sonia is really
great.
We higly recommend that place and Sleepingrome - Rome Accomodations.

Very nice vast apartnent in quiet but near to the center part of the town. The housekeeper is very correct and polite. I enjoy very much.
