Two lovely and quite apartments located in Via Sforza, in the traditional area called Monti, one of the nicest areas in central Rome. Not far from "Cavour" tube station, the area is very lively during the day and the night, but the street is quiet.

The two apartments have preserved all the fascination of the ancient building they belong to, which is reflected on the wooden ceilings.

RMAP41: 45 square meter apartment on the ground floor. It is composed of a living room with a double sofa bed, a kitchenette and a double bedroom (the double bed can be splitted into two separate single beds if required). The recently renewed bathroom has a bathtube.
Also available: air conditioning and heating, tv, washing machine, safe and hairdryer.

RMAP45: 55 square meter apartment situated on the first floor (without lift). It is composed of a wide living room with a double sofa bed, a kitchenette (equipped microwave and freezer) and a big bedroom with warbrobes. The bathroom has a shower with hydromassage.
Also available: air conditioning and heating, tv, washing machine, safe and hairdryer.

The furniture is arranged in the traditional style, recalling the antiquity of the building.
The area is one of the most representative of "the old Roman atmosphere" and it's full of bars, shops and restaurants.
The well known Via Urbana with its dozens of craftsman and boutiques is only 100 metres away.
The apartment is situated at walking distance from the main attractions, such as Coliseum, the Roman Forum and Via Nazionale.
The area is well connected through buses and tube.

Apartment is perfectly situated, close to everything, Café bars, restaurants, historic sites, important locations, Coliseum, Piazzas and Vatican, comfortable, clean, landlord very helpful, and very accommodating. We really enjoyed the stay at this apartment, and I will recommend it to anyone visiting Rome. We stayed with two little kids 2.5 year and 7 month, landlord provided crib upon request, and I think the price is very reasonable to the location and quality of the apartment. Mauro is very nice, and easy to communicate with, although I spoke Italian which helped a lot. Place had all the basic appliances, and laundry machine, hot water (just need to adjust the pressure at the bathroom showerhead). We loved the place. Thanks Mauro.

Really nice apartment in an excellent location. We stayed there 7 nights and we spent a great time. We definitely recommend this apartment and will surely come back.

It is a very well located apartment, in a quite street no far from subway.. The apartment is much better than expected from the photos. I can recommend this apartment.

We really enjoyed staying in this apartment. It is located on very quiet street but very close to all monuments like Colosseum. The landlord is very helpful, as we know he lives very close to this apartment so there were no problem even our flight was delayed 3 hours. Unfortunately the landlord speaks only very basic English.
Rooms were comfortable and clean, only nuisance was small kitchen. We stayed with two children 11 and 10 years and we consider, that it is good place to stay with family.
