A sunny and graceful apartment placed in Via Principe Amedeo at the 5th floor (with lift) of an elegant building.

Being at a few steps from Piazza Vittorio Emanuele II and Piazza Santa Maria Maggiore, this accomodation allows you to easily sightsee Rome, both on foot and by the means of transports, owing to the very short distance from Termini railway station and the subway stop "Vittorio Emanuele".

The apartment is composed of a wide livingroom with a single sofabed, Tv a well equipped cooking corner (fridge, freezer, microwave oven, dishwasher, washing machine), a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a single bedroom (all these rooms are upstairs), 2 bathrooms with shower. Furthermore, the apartment has an indipendent heating, air conditioning, TV SAT.

It can accomodate up to 6 people.

What is good? even if the apartment is positioned in a "motley" area, is very near to the metro and the railway station. It has the market just over the road, is silent and clean. And, not to forget, it has very friendly owners. What is not so good? The continuous smell from the indian restaurant from below (even if the food from there is good) and the lift, which is small and with some problems. As a conclusion, for us, with three children, it was good and we recommend to others the apartment.

A very nice and clean place to stay.The owner was lovely and very friendly.It was close to metro station and to a market.It seems to me that the vicinity is very safe especially at night.If I decided to come back to rome,I would definitely go back to this apartment.

The apartment is large( 6 pers),clean and well-equipped. It is very close to the metro station and bus 70. There are nice trattorias , gelaterias around and a supermarket .It is a nice place to stay for a few days in Rome

We very much enjoyed our stay in Rome and RMAP35 was quite comfortable and cozy. Ms. Maria was quite friendly and helpful when we arrived. We enjoyed privacy and authentic feel of having a flat rather than a hotel, and having our coffee Italian style every morning. The only problem we had was the heater. We were instructed not to touch the heat and pretty much sweltered at night for the first week. It turned cold the last two days and for some reason the heat quit working those two days. But regardless, RMAP35 is a nice locations with room for 5 easily. It proved to be quiet and the smell of the Indian cooking downstairs every day was charming. Good access to the Metro, plenty of resturants. We would stay again.

We had a wonderful stay in Rome (heatwave in October). The apartment was n excellent base and very well appointed. Only drawback was rain pouring n through shuttered windows during one of many thunderstorms, but don't tnk this is a frequent problem.

We stay in RMAP35, in Termini area.
Room is excellent, alot of space.
Great price.

Good location, close to subway, bus station , termimi and glossory but quite scary at night espeacially women first time arrival.
But I use to it in the second day.

I would not recommend you to walk back from termini, It really scary. Use another trafic option such as bus, tram or taxi.

I'll recommend if you come as a group with men.

L'appartamento è bellissimo ,buonissimo e anche sta vicino al mercato centrale è tranquilo.
L'appartamento stava pulito, molto pulito.
I proprietari sono molti gentili. Habbitanno vicino al'appartamento.
El apartamento está muy bien ubicado , muy limpo,espacioso, tranquilo. Los dueños son bellísimas personas amables. tiene todo lo necesario y más para pasar unos días maravillosos en la Roma Eterna.

Reference Code: RMAP35 - The apartment was great offering a large space for the 6 of us (4 adults and 2 infants). Very conveniently located within walking distance of Termini and 2 blocks from the Metro. There is a good kids playground in Piazza Victorio Emanuel near the Metro. One of the best food markets in Rome is across the street. We were a bit surprised at how international the neighborhood was with lots of Indian and Asian businesses but, this was fine with us and we eat great Indian food at the restaurant on the ground floor of the apartment complex. This was a great home base to explore Rome.Reference Code:

We liked the apartment very much! We had 2 couples sharing the apt. and it gave us privacy and was very spacious. The neighborhood seemed alittle scary at first but after we got used to it we felt very safe. It was very close to Termini station which made it very conveinent for getting around!

I would stay there again if I were going back to Rome.

Appartamento davvero confortevole e tenuto in ottime condizioni...la proprietaria è stata a dir poco gentile e disponibile...consigliabilissimo per un soggiorno breve a roma con tutte le comodità tra metro e stazione a portata di mano e abbastanza vicino al centro urbano.
