Appartamento RMAP30 Citt&agrave: Roma. Zona della città: Trastevere Max Letti: 4 In Via dei Panieri, nel cuore di Trastevere a pochi passi dai monumenti e le piazze più belle e famose del centro storico: Piazza Navona, Campo de Fiori, Piazza Venezia…Anche la Basilica di S. Pietro è molto vicina.

Quest bello appartamento è composto da due piani è ce ha un' entrata indipendente, nel piano terra c'è il salone, la cucina e un caminetto e infine un bagno che conta con doccia. Al piano superiore troverete la camera doppua da dove potete accedere al balcone e godere di una inidmenticabile vista sui tetti di Trastevere.

La casa conta con riscaldamento, aria acondizionata, TV, DVD, forno e microonde, lavatrice e frigo.

Può ospitare fino a 4 persone

I think that apart from the cleaning off the bathroom and the miserable condition of the shower curtain it was a good choice. I would recommend fixing the bathroom ASAP because after the shower it gets flooded and in the winter time it’s not good at all!

Though the location was great, and the overall cleanliness of the apartment was ok, the bathroom shower and shower curtain were disgusting. The shower curtain was EXTREMELY moldy, as were several of the tiles in the shower portion of the bathroom. A simple and thorough cleaning of this area, along with a new shower curtain would improve this apartment tremendously! Also, the apartment was advertised as having A/C and washing machine. The A/C was broken, and from the sign on the wall, it looks like it has been broken a while. The AC would work for a few mins at a time, then it would shut off, and you had to turn off the power to the entire home and then turn it back on again. The washing machine's door was broken, and it was extremely hard to open and close the door. Just a warning to those wanting to wash their clothes - using the washing machine is tricky. Other than that, the apartment itself was adorable, and if these few issues are addressed by the owner, we would recommend this place.

Reference Code:RMAP30 I would only stay here as a LAST RESORT. Hard to make initial contactwith owner. Confirmed exact arrival time, no was there there to meet us. Had to wait an hour in garbage and animal feces strewn street. Lock on front gate broken. No hot water in bathroom sink. (Discovered only after we paid full rent.)Hot water in shower but no way to keep it from flodding bathroom floor. Oven did not work, but owner offered to send repairman if we'd tell her when we would be there to meet him! in all, a disaster.
Thank you very much for the comment already sent in December. Anyway after your stay there have been works for improve the structure for an excellent service. We are sorry for the owner's delay, inconveniences could happen!

This apt. leaves much to be desired! No response to my email and call re arrival time. Hence had to wait on street. Broken locks on outside door and gate. Washer broken (offered to have someone fix it if I'd be there to meet repairman)Don't know if oven worked as person showing me apt. did not know how to turn it on. No hot water in bathroom basin. Plenty in shower but NO way to keep it from going all over floor. Hence lots of wet towels, rags, etc. Quiet location. I would not recommend unless desperate.

We had a great stay in Rome. The apartment was a little smaller than
expected (would be too small for 4, although it is advertised as sleeping 4), but was lovely all the same and exactly what we needed for a
couple (needs a kettle though!). Trastevere is a great area to stay for nightlife and although the apartment is very close to several lovely bars
and restaurants, it's further away from the daytime tourist attractions,
which is fine if you don't mind a walk.
