This apartment has been newly decorated and renovated, it is located few steps away from the Colosseum and about fifteen minutes walk from the Spanish Steps. It is very close to the metro and bus stops.

The entry serves as a sitting as well as sleeping area with a convertable single sofa bed. The main room has a queen size bed, armoire and dining / breakfast bar. Off of the main room is the kitchen and bathroom with shower.

Comfort include: Air conditioning, Satellite TV (English, French, German, channels), DVD player, CD radio stereo, laptop computer with free internet connection, washing machine, microwave, drip coffee maker, hair dryer, iron and board, ceiling fan, and independent heating system.
