Appartement à Via degli Scipioni, au deuxième étage (avec ascenseur) à 100 mètres de l'arrêt Ottaviano (métro A) et des autobus à Piazza Risorgimento qui le lie facilement aux lieux les plus intéressants de Rome. 

En outre très près il ya beaucoup de restaurants caractéristiques et deux rues très importantes pour le shopping (Via Ottaviano e Via Cola di Rienzo) et les "Bancarelle" traditionelles de Viale Giulio Cesare.

L'appartement est complètement remis à neuf avec parquet et chaffage indépendant.
Il est composé d'une chambre liée à une moderne cuisine complétement équipée et avec plaques à gas, micro-ondes, réfrigérateur avec congélateur. Il est composé aussi par trois chambres avec lits doubles, armoires et TV.
La salle de bain est fourni d'une douche à laquelle on arrive à travers deux marches.

À disposition des invités: fer et plache à repasser, sèche-cheveux, machine pour le caffé et tout le nécessaire. La lingerie pour la salle de bain et les chambres sont inclus dans le prix.

Il peut accueillir jusqu'à 6 personnes.

The apartment was in an excellent location near the vatican and very close to a subway station. The apartment was clea, in excellent condition and quite large (we are a family of 5 and we were very comfortable) - the owner was freindly and helpful - I hope to stay there again sometime!

The landlord is a very nice man, the apartment was very clean and there was enough room for all 6 of us. The apartment is located 5 min. from Piazza San Pietro and 3 min. from underground station. We did not have any problems, evreything was perfect.

Very well placed. the appartment is very well equiped. The owner is very helpful. We were 6 persons and it was absolutely ok. A second bathroom would have been usefull. I recommend it.

I am very glad with the apartment we stayed in! The owner looked for friendly and was very helpful!

The only thing with our stay, which was bad is the return flight delay- 6 hours, but this is not something that depends from you- :) !!!

Our stay in the apartment was very good. Just a 5 minutes walk from the Vatican and the metro. The location of the apartment was perfect. Good beds and a lot of space. It would have been nice to have a waterboiler and a coffeemaker.
