Appartamento in Via degli Scipioni, al secondo piano (con ascensore) a 100 metri dalla fermata Ottaviano della metro (Linea A) e dal capolinea degli autobus di Piazza Risorgimento che lo collegano facilmente con i luoghi d'interesse storico e culturale più importanti di Roma.
Inoltre nelle vicinanze ci sono molti ristoranti caratteristici romani, oltre a due importanti vie per lo shopping (Via Ottaviano e Via Cola di Rienzo) e delle "Bancarelle" tradizionali di Viale Giulio Cesare.

La casa è totalmente ristrutturata con parquet, infissi antirumore a tutte le finestre e riscaldamento autonomo.
Si compone di uno spazioso disimpegno collegato a vista da una moderna cucina all'americana ottimamente accessoriata e con fuochi a gas, forno, microonde, frigorifero, freezer.
Dispone di 3 spaziose camere con letti matrimoniali, armadi, cassettiere, TV.
Il bagno dispone di un ampio box doccia al quale si accede attraverso 2 gradini.

A disposizione degli ospiti: ferro e tavola da stiro, asciugacapelli, macchina del caffè, utensili da cucina, biancheria da bagno e biancheria da letto.

La struttura ospita fino a 6 persone.

The apartment was in an excellent location near the vatican and very close to a subway station. The apartment was clea, in excellent condition and quite large (we are a family of 5 and we were very comfortable) - the owner was freindly and helpful - I hope to stay there again sometime!

The landlord is a very nice man, the apartment was very clean and there was enough room for all 6 of us. The apartment is located 5 min. from Piazza San Pietro and 3 min. from underground station. We did not have any problems, evreything was perfect.

Very well placed. the appartment is very well equiped. The owner is very helpful. We were 6 persons and it was absolutely ok. A second bathroom would have been usefull. I recommend it.

nice place and owner, very good positioned(5 min by foot to Vatican), large enough for 6 person, fully equiped kitchen

I am very glad with the apartment we stayed in! The owner looked for friendly and was very helpful!

The only thing with our stay, which was bad is the return flight delay- 6 hours, but this is not something that depends from you- :) !!!

RMAP169 in San Pierto area

Our stay in the apartment was very good. Just a 5 minutes walk from the Vatican and the metro. The location of the apartment was perfect. Good beds and a lot of space. It would have been nice to have a waterboiler and a coffeemaker.
