Right in the beautiful historical center, a 15-minute walk from Fori Imperiali, 20 minutes from Closeum. Suitable for long term rents (guests renting more than three months will get a discount). There’s only one double bed, so it’s not suitable for little kids or elderly people as the building has no elevator.
The apartment is small but really cute, perfect for one person or a couple, completely furnished and equipped, silent and comfortable. You’ll have access to television, washing machine, heating and air conditioning, among other amenities.
Good for tourists who want to stay in the historical center, for workers who want to live in a central area next to public transport, and for students who will find amusements and a friendly surrounding.
The area is very chic, with really nice restaurants and patisseries, shops and groceries. The apartment is set in one of the prettiest areas of Rome, next to the “Cavous” metro station.
