The apartment, of 50 sm, is composed by a large living-room with a fitted kitchenette, master bedroom, bathroom with a shower. The living room has a double and a single sofa-beds, a big ancient table and a big writing-desk. 

The wooden ceilling and parquet create an intimate atmosphere. The kitchen is fully equipped (refrigerator, freezer, washing machine, oven, microwaves oven, fires). It can host up to 10/12 people. Furthermore the apartment has air conditioning. Sheets and final cleaning are included.
