Attique à deux livels avec terrasse panoramique, équipée au quatrième étage avec asenseur.
ÀIVia Porta Cavalleggeri, très près de Piazza San Pietro

L'appartement est sur deux niveaux et se compose: au niveau principal un salon avec un canapé lit pour deux personnes et coin-cuisine bien équipé (avec vaisselle, réfrigérateur et congélateur, four), salle de bian avec baignoire et terrasse. 
À l'étage supérieur se trouve la chambre avec un lit double et la grande terrasse panoramique avec vue sur Piazza San Pietro et équipée avec lits pour prendre le soleil et douche.

Bien lié par les transports pubblics (lignes des autobus et la gare de San Pietro, liée directement avec l'aéréoprt), permet de se déplacer vers les principaux lieux touristiques même à pied.

L'appartement est fouri d'un TV LCD 42', home theatre, air conditionée, fer à repasser, sèche-cheveux, machine à laver et linegerie inclue dans le prix.

ADSL wi-fi sans limite et gratuite

Service de Baby-sitter et nettoyage journalier ne sont pas compris dands le prix.

Il peut accueillir jusqu'à 5 personnes.

This apartment has a great location, is comfortable and the owner is great host, he was there on time and provided few tips about visiting Rome and transportation.
Everything went fine only had a couple of small details. The upper room needs ventilation as it smells like "humidity", and the sheets for the beds need as well to be cleaned right before the arrival of the guests as they as well smell like humidity or like being stored for long time.

Commenti:
Ottima posizione logistica.
Facilmente raggiungibile tramite treno.
Presenza di molteplici servizi nelle vicinanze.
Ho riscontrato molta gentilezza e disponibilità da parte del proprietario.
L'unica pecca è rappresentata dalle dimensioni ridotte (decisamente piccolo anche per tre persone) ed inoltre non esistono armadi a sufficienza.
La cucina è un pò trascurata così come il bagno e le stoviglie (un pò troppo vecchiotte).
Per il resto, la terrazza consente un bellissimo panorama (specialmente la notte) e la presenza di un pub al piano terra oltre a non dare disturbo rappresenta un ottimo diversivo.
Nel complesso, in una scala da 1 a 10 penso si possa assegnare un 7,5.

We stayed in the above apartment last year. It was well situated and local transport was good. The apartment was ok, but in a poor state. The staircase was broken, the television didn't work (try explaining that to 2 teenagers...) and the air conditioning was a loud fan and a very noisy unit that made sleeping very difficult. The electrics were dangerous too. However, it was clean and tidy and the 2 outside terraces were fantastic and made all the difference on a very hot day. Thank you! Jane

Very good location near Vatican and bus stop in front of the house. Nice terraces. Inside was OK. Worst for us was that kitchen lacked some essential utensils like kettles. Might seriously consider coming again.

Reference Code:I stayed with my family in this flat from 21 to 26 December 2008.The apartment it is very good located,very closer then important things that's why we choose this flat.But I have a lot of problems.For the first the air condition from upstairs was out of order and the other one from living-room worked just with a minimum speed.It was so cold in the flat.In the first morning I wanted to boil some water for tee but I couldn't because the gase broke off in middle of the preparation, so I used later on the electric kitchen range wich worked very slowly,for example I boiled in a day water for pasta more then 2 houres.
A other very unconfortable problem was with the electricite.
The flat has some wrote rules to explain you what can you do if the electricite breake off(I never saw rules like this).
For example if the air condition it is swich on and the kitchen range too, the electricity breake off in all apartment and you have to go outside 'in street at the electric panel to swich on the light.I was shocked as some things usualy happend in centre of Rome that's why you have apartment's rules.So we "visited the street" for many times.
Other problem it was with the warm water.We ware there 4 persons and in the bathroom we had a smoll electric tank for warm water .When the tank was empty we had warm water again after 24 houres ore more, so some liters of warm water wasn't enough for 4 persons.
I could tell you more smoll problems about the cleaning especially in bathroom with the taps,in kitchen,about one of the lamp from living-room witch was out of order but these things aren't so important like the warm and warm watter in middle of the winter,like the electricite in centre of Rome in the year 2008.
We traveling in many places,we aren't pretentious people we would like just human conditions.
When I went down ,in middle of the night,to swich on the electricite I feld like a last person.
We never met so bad conditions in all our traveling experience.
We didn't tell our host about these problems because he asked us before to give us back the guarantee money and we ware affraid as we never see the monney back.
We choose this flat because it is very good situated,for our safety , but unfortunately in the net presentation nobody inform the turists about the flat rules,as you don't have human conditions at 150 m then San Pietro.
I would like to inform the future turists about the true from this flat.
I am very sorry that your stay at the apartment RMAP146 was not confortable.

I will discuss your report with the owner of the apartment very soon.

Please Constanta, permit me to think that if you contacted the owner of the apartment or if you called us, a part of problems could be solved.
In case of problems, it is normal contact the owner AND the agency.
Our office were regularly opened on 22, 23 and 24 December.
