Dos apartamentos en Piazza Vittorio Emanuele situados en la 5 ª planta. Hay un ascensor en el edificio. Los apartamentos han sido recientemente renovados con muebles coloridos y reconfortantes. Ademàs hay una maravillosa vista a la Piazza Vittorio Emanuele, la ciudad y la montaña de fondo.

El pequeño apartamento RMAP126 tienen una habitación con una cama doble, una habitación tipo mezzanine con una cama amplia, donde una persona y puede dormir con un niño, la sala de estar se encuentra junto a la cocina. Tiene también un horno de microondas, un baño, aire acondicionado y calefacción.

Puede alojar hasta 4 personas y un niño

El RMAP127 tiene dos habitaciones, donde puede encontrar un 2 camas dobles y un sofá cama doble en el salón, hay otra habitación tipo mezzanine con una cama individual , la sala de estar se encuentra junto a la cocina. Tiene también un horno eléctrico, un baño, aire acondicionado y calefacción.

Puede alojar hasta 7 personas. Juntos pueden alojar hasta a 12 personas.

Piazza Vittorio Emanuele Es la plaza más grande de Roma y es la única plazaporticada de la ciudad. La plaza está en el barrio de Esquilino, cerca de la iglesia deSanta María la Mayor, y entre la estación de tren de Termini y del Coliseo. La estaciòn de Metro la encuentran, apenas saliendo del edificio.

The appartment was very cosy, simple but with a nice ambient, quite romantic with the mezzanine. Abundant hot water in the shower. 5th floor with a good city sight. Elevator working perfectly. Quiet building and a Metro station right in front. Quiet Neighborhood with nice pizzeria and supermarkets. The only negative point refers to the dish wash that was not acceptable. When we first tried to use the dishes and pans we found out they weren't clean and even had food scraps from the people that used it before. This cleaning service must be improved. Overall it was a very good experience and we were satisfied. Mind in Rome: When you go to any caffe ask first if there is any extra fee to sit at table once they may charge different prices per each piece of bread, pizza, capuccino or whatever depending if you sit at table or stay up at balcon!!

We are group of 6 persons and stayed in the apartment for 4 nights. Location is the best. Metro entrance is in front of the door. There is a good chinese restaurant & gelateria nearby. We were comfortable and relaxed here. Space was big enough for 6 but had to manage wake up time since there is only 1 toilet. It's be better to have toilet cleaning sometimes during the long stay. We do recommend this place.

The apartment was very large and well divised. The view from the window on the fifth floor on Piazza Vittorio Emmanuelle was very nice: we took our drink there every night. It was very warm at the time we were in but the air conditioned work perfectly. The apartment is very close to Termini rail station departure and arrival from Fiumicino airport. We walk everywhere in Roma from the apartment inculding galeria Borghese... The owner was very kind, available and helful. We recommand the place and would certinly return to this place. A nice apartment, very well placed (subway station in front of the entrance, five minutes walking to Santa Maria Maggiore), very clean and good condition. And air-conditioning is a plus in Rome in Summer ;)
