They can be booked together or individually. They are at the 4th floor (no elevator)

It can accommodate 5 people. It consists of a double bedroom, another with 2 single beds, one single room; a fully equipped kitchen, a nice living terrace and a bathroom with shower. It 'also equipped with TV, DVD player, air conditioning, safety box, iron and ironing board, hair dryer and water heater, and fan heater in the bathroom. Free wi-fi available.

Hello, The apartment was very clean, very nice to be in. You have everything you need to be comfortable and enjoy Your staying in roma. The street is very beautiful by night and down the street you have a fountain surrounded buy beautiful italian restaurant. To summarize this place is closest to all historical places. Just enjoy

Appartement tres bien situé à proximité du colisee (5 min à pied) et de la station metro cavour. Commerce "elite" dans la rue cavour pour l alimentation. L appartement est dans une rue avec plusieurs restaurants, cependant pas de bruit la nuit pour dormir. L appartement est bien équipé niveau cuisine, dans la salle de bain il y a une machine à laver, il y aussi une climatisation dans chaque pièce (ce qui était très agréable car il y avait une chaleur de 38° à rome qd nous y étions). Le seul bémol est la difficulté à régler l eau chaude de la douche avec les robinets. Le propriétaire est sympathique et accueillant.

The appartment has a nice location, close to the colosseum and less than 5min walking from a metro station (which is very good in rome!). It's quite small (specially the kitchen and the bathroom), but cosy. Everything was clean on the arrival! We had 3 towels to each person; the rooms and the bathrooms had heater (we were there in december...); the kitchen had enough equipment to cook. The apartment, on a 4th floor, doesn't have elevator; the bed of the double room was quite noisy, I hope the landlord fixes it fast! Also, you should have in mind that the single room was between the front door and the double room... To me this was the bigger inconvenient. I liked the street (Via Urbana) so much, it's really calm at night (I couldn't hear any noise from my room!), but at the same time has very nice restaurants and people chilling out! The landlord seemed quite busy and we only saw him about 10 minutes, but he was very correct and everything, includind the returning of the deposit, was done the right way! I would stay in this apartment again and I recommend it for a low budget stay in Rome!

Great location, right next to Cavour metro stop. Nice apartment with everything you need for a short term stay in Rome. It is on the 4th floor with massive stairs which take its toll after a long day of walking. The neighborhood is nice and felt very safe with plenty of good restaurants. A great pastry/gelateria called Ciuri Ciuri right next to the metro, there is a bakery right across from the apartment and a panini place right next to the apartment

Excellent location, within walking distance of the most important sites (10 min to train station, 10 min to Collosseum, 3 min to subway station, 25 min to Vila Borghese). There are a few nice shops and restaurants nearby. The only downside was the shower cabinet, which felt small and uncomfortable even for a normal sized person. This was my 3rd visit to Rome and I was very pleased with this apartment.

Very cozy apartment. Very friendly landlord. Good location in quite silent street of Rome (in comparison with others ;)). Only one problem - these stairs to the upper floor... after all day of sightseeing.... :) Poor our legs... Oh, it's OK. Thank you, Fabio. We'll recomend this apartment to all our friends.

It was a very neat apartment, very close to all the tourist attractions and Termini station. A very cozy street with small shops and not too touristed.
