Composed of a fully equipped kitchen (stove, oven, refrigerator and washing machine), a livingroom with a spacious single sofa-bed and a single bed. The bathroom has a shower, including bathing supplies and hairdryer. The second level is equipped with a double bed. 

In the kitchen the guests will find all the necessary tools and food for a classic italian breakfast: milk, sugar, biscuits, bread, brioches, marmalade, chocolate, fruit juices, yogurt and butter for the duration of their stay.

Furthermore, the apartment has an independent heating, fan system, TV, and necessary cooking ingedients oil, salt ... 
Towels, sheets and cleaning are included. On request it is possible to add a bed for a child.
