With independent entrance, on the ground floor of a '600s. It consists of a large livingroom with fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, burners and oven, refrigerator, electric juicer and coffee maker. The lounge, with the ceiling with wooden beams, has a low table where you can eat comfortably seated, and a sofa-bed.
There is also stereo with the CD player.

Then there is the bathroom with towel warmer and two closets with linen, accessories, towels and the washing machine.

The lower floor has a room with double bed and a sofa bed, a corridor with a single sofa bed, another hall with french-size bed, and finally a room with double bed. The two bedrooms has each one a color TV with VCR and satellite system. 

Next to the room there is a comfortable wardrobe-cabin with shoes-closet, stand-hanging clothes, big mirror and drawers. The sleeping area is equipped with a modern air-conditioning and air purification.

The apartment is equipped with ADSL internet connection and has the central heating.

It can host up to 10 people.
