Apartment RMAP101 City: Roma. City Area: Campo de' fiori Max Beds: 4
Charming and bright apartment of 50 square meters on the 4th floor (without elevator) of a building at the end of the seventeenth century in Vicolo delle Grotte.

The apartment is furnished with wooden furniture and complete with all kinds of comfort.
It consists of a comfortable living room with sofa bed, a separate kitchen with refrigerator, freezer, washing machine and TV, double bedroom and a bathroom with shower, air conditioning.

At the top level of the building there is a panoramic terrace (with a nice view of Roman rooftops), ideal for romantic dinners or also with friends. 

Towels, sheets and final cleaning are included in price. 
It can accommodate up to 4 people.

Nice appartment on a very nice place; right in the centre of town, with breakfast, lunch and diner facilities just around the corner. You must get used to cilimbing all the stairs to the appartment. The roof terras was somewhat disappointing

We loved the apartment its really comfortable, clean and nicely decorated. The location is just perfect! Its near of everyhing you need. the terrace is huge, there are chairs, 2 tables and you can hang your wet clothes - the apartment has a washing machine - its really good equiped. We had a really nice time in Rome and we´d like to thank the owners because they were really nice and helpfull with us.

Wonderful, well equipped and nicely kept apartment in the heart of Rome in walking distance from everything. I will recommend it to everybody. (We were two persons). Beatiful view from the top terranse, which is crude but okay for discrete sun bathing and an evening drink to the set over the roofs of Rome. I can also recommend the pick up service.

We can really recommend this appartment. It is not every day you can watch the sun go down behind the great church of St. Peter's, while you enjoy local red wine and delicious fresh food from Campo dei Fiori and prepared in the appartement. If your legs in any way allow you to walk up many stairs (4-5. floor) you will have a fantastic experience staying in this appartement.

The appartment was satisfactory, and very clean, but the description of it on your website was a bit misleading.
1. It does not have a separate kitchen ( the kitchen is a corner of the living area, where people have to sleep if four people are occupying the appartment)
2. It was hard to get the water sufficiently hot for a shower - you had to run the hot tap in the kitachen as well!
2. The roof terrace is shared, not private and is not really equipped to be used There are a couple of chairs, but as they are padlocked together, facing in opposite directions their use wasdifficult.

The most significant problem we had was that ,despite emailing our arrival time to our landlady, and getting an email back to say she had received it, she arrived over two hours after the agreed time.
Meanwhile, we were waiting outside on the street with all our luggage,making frantic phone calls to your office and to her husband, all to little avail. I will say that when she did finally arrive she could clearly see how angry and upset we were, and she gave us a discount of 30 euros.Reference Code:

thank you for your comment on our guestbook that we asked you. As to the kitchen, from the photos, it is possible see that it is not a single room, but only one part of a big room. As concerns the terrace, in our description, there is written clearly that it is not a private terrace of the apartment, but it is in common with the other apartments of the building. As to the delay and the hot water, we are sorry for your problem.

We had some great days in Rome. The weather was fantastic and Rome is a marvellous city. The apartment was nice - the location perfect for
walking to the big attractions- It was okay for two couples. We were welcomed by a kind man, who also was ready to help us with some problems
with the key later in our stay. We chose the apartment because of the location and the roof terrace. So we were a bit disappointed to see that
there was no chairs and table on the big roof terrace -On the pictures we saw on the internet here were both . We managed with the chairs from
our apartment, and carried them upstairs and used a low small book shelf as a table. But it would be much better to have even just plastic chairs and a table for the breakfast and dinners.There was a problem with the water in the toilet - probably because the apartment is on the fourth floor - it would have been nice to know what to do. We managed with the water from the shower. If these thing were better, it is a really nice place to stay.
