Apartamento detalladamente renovado en Via Pisa, a 5 minutos a pie de la parada del metro “Bologna”. Puede alojar hasta 6 personas.

Está formado por un salón con televisión y mesa de comedor, dos dormitorios, una cocina bien equipada, baño con ducha y balcón. Se trata de una solución ideal para 4 personas, aunque añadiendo una cama doble en el salón puede alojar hasta 6.
La cercanía de la parada del metro y los numerosos autobuses garantizan excelentes comunicaciones con el resto de la ciudad. La zona cuenta además con un mercado, supermercado y restaurantes.

La calefacción, la limpieza final y la ropa de cama están incluidas.

a lot of space for a logical price. i missed a sharp knife in the kitchen or a cheap grinding device also a cleaning basket the half of the time also a thing to take potatoes from the frying pan (dont laugh - it is essential in the kitchen) also some clean sheet and blankets for the cold BUT I WOULD COME AGAIN!!!!!!

I stayed for 15 days in this appartment in piazza bologna with 3 rooms, kitchen and bathroom. Not only is a very comfortable appartment for even 5 persons but the neiborhood is very safe and quiet, (aristocratic in many ways), metro very near and very easy place for the things a tourist likes to see. I give 9/10 as a price to value evaluation (because nobody is perfect). Great choice for my opinion.

Hi, there. I had a really nice stay in the Piazza Bologna apartment. It was spacious, warm, comfortable. It is very well conected to the metro near Piazza Bologa station. It is situated in a nice quiet area, close to a supermarket. Plus, the owner, Valentina, is a very nice lady who was very welocoming and helpful during our stay. The apartment RMAP100 (Via Pisa) was OK. Pleasant, well situated, good
size.
The only drawback is, it needs a cleanup. The floors were dirty, some of
the
pans also, the blankets crumpled. It gave an impression of untidy.

The apartment was nice and confortable. We were very glad that we had an oven and the cooking equipment. We did not have any problems with the hot water and the heating. The appartment in Rome in Via Pisa was very good. The appartement was well
equiped en was situated in a nice part of the town. It was close to the
metro and bus. We have really enjoyed our stay and we will recommend the
appartement to our friends and family!
