The recently refurnished, small but charming apartment in Via Urbana, the Colosseum area. The apartment is on the first floor (without an elevator) of an ancient 16th century building. It is located in a quiet area in the heart of the historical centre, at Via Urbana, formerly called "Vicus Patricius" two thousand years ago.

This is a studio apartment with air conditioning and an elegant travertine marble cooking corner. Beside the double bed, there is an intermediate wooden floor fitted with a single bed.
It has a sixteenth century beam ceiling, and an LCD TV. The bathroom has a shower (towels, soap, and shampoo provided).

It can accomodate up to 3 people.

I really enjoyed staying at this apartment. It is close to the train station and a 2 minutes walk from a metro station. It is situated on a quiet and very nice street. Right in front of the apartment, there is a bakery, a fruit/vegetables market and a delightful cheese market. The owner was very helpful for every kind of request, from how to get there to what to visit and where to eat. It was lovely to come back and have a fell-at-home after a day of intense walking. The kitchen is perfectly equiped and the bathroom is tiny, but very clean. I definitely enjoyed the AC ! By foot, I could easily reach the Colosseum, Trevi fountain, Pantheon and Piazza Navona. I recommend this nice place, it is worth the price.

El apartamento tiene una muy buena ubicación y es muy cómodo. Fuimos muy bien recibidos. Volveríamos a elegirlo.

Very well situated and the air conditioning fantastic because the days we have stayed there have been very hot. the owner is very nice and kind.

This small apartment is very well located in Rome (10 minutes of Colosseo, less than 20 minutes to Trevi fountain, etc.). Everything is easy to walk to. There is an Internet place just a few doors from the apartment and a grocery within 5 minutes walk. The subway is really near (less than 5 minutes) as well as Termini station. There is air conditionning for the summer which can be used as heating system during the winter. The apartment is clean, well renovated. Very practical. I would rent this apartment again.
