Graceful studio on the second floor of a building without elevator in Via di Panico, between Piazza dei Coronari, Monte Giordano and the "Lungotevere", one of the most enchanting areas of Rome. Castel Sant'Angelo, Pantheon, Campo de' Fiori, Piazza Navona and San Pietro are a few steps away.

The apartment has a double bed in the mezzanine, a double sofa-bed and a Tv, a well-equipped kitchen corner and an elegant bathroom with shower.

It was recently refurnished with attention to details. It has an ancient wooden beam ceiling, "cotto" floor, an original wooden wardrobe-stairs and travertine marble in the cooking corner and in the bathroom. Moreover it has a beautiful view over Piazza dei Coronari, Monte Giordano and the "Lungotevere" with Castel Sant'Angelo. It is equipped with air conditioning and WI-FI.

It can host up to 4 people.

We spent a very nice couple of days in Rome at the RMAP04. It was very well located and had a very pleasant historical look. However the appartment was not that big.... For 2 is was the limit. If we may suggest it would be handy to know the number of square metres in advance. But the bar downstairs and the restaurants in the neighbourhood were perfect for us. We were wondering if the appartment upstairs, the one with the terrace, would be available for rent as well.

Hello, we stayed in Rome this summer in your appartment. It was an appartment / souterrain. It was very moisten. The blankets from the bed were wet. There was funges in the bathroom and bedroom. There was a bad smell in the apparment. Because the appartment was wet, even the floor became slippy. We tried to dry the apparment with the heater on but that didn't help. We had an happy stay in Rome but the apparment was not good.

We have spent wonderfull time in Rome visited most beautiful historic places. It was very easy because we have stayed in perfectly located RMAP04 apartment. Our children enjoyed to slip in 'balcony bed' where they had good view for TV;-) It was fantastic time for our family! I can recommend this apartment as the perfect place to visit Rome!

comfortable. The owner and his wife was friendly and very helpful. When we go to Rome again we'll definitely stay there again. We can recommend it to anyone who wants to be close to everything.

We had some great days in Rome. The appartment close to Castell Sant Angelo was well situated, well equipped and very clean, with aircondition. For my family (4 Persons) there was enough place (1 sofa bed and 1 double bed) It has a great atmosphere. We could have our typical italian breakfast (Cappuccino e cornetto) downstairs in a friendly bar and start our walk through this beautiful city. We took all our visits by foot: Piazza Navona 6 minutes, St. Peter 10 minutes. The Landlord is very friendly and helpful! Our next stay in Rome will be in this appartment. Thanks a lot!
