Situato in un quartiere storico, a pochi passi da Trastevere e dal Gianicolo, tra i luoghi più caratteristici di Roma e con un eccellente collegamento diretto per la basilica di San Pietro ed i Musei Vaticani, l'appartamento si trova in una posizione privilegiata ed è la sistemazione ideale per un soggiorno a Roma.

Si trova a 300 metri dalla fermata di un autobus (44) che vi porta in 20 minuti al centro storico, a Piazza Venezia. Molto elegante e finemente ristrutturato, l'appartamento è composto da una camera da letto matrimoniale ed un ampio e luminosissimo salone con angolo cottura completamente attrezzato, e dotato di un divano e un divano-letto matrimoniale. Il bagno dispone di doccia e c'è anche un piccolo terrazzo.

E' inoltre accessoriato di TV, lettore DVD, aria condizionata, cassetta di sicurezza, lavatrice, asse e ferro da stiro, lavastoviglie, stoviglie da cucina. La biancheria da letto e da bagno e le pulizie finali sono incluse.

E' possibile avere una internet key senza limiti di connessione a €4 al giorno.

We were 4 friends, going to Rome for Maratona di Roma 2012. The apartment was just what we wanted. Clean and comfortable, quiet. It wasn't close to the center, but buses & trams were near by, so it wasn't difficult for us to find our way. A very nice park is just a few meters away from the building. So, I would recommend this appartment. Also, very nice service from sleepingrome.com (very helpful & replied promptly to all my questions).

The apartment looks very good, it s clean, well equipped. It s comfortable, I really felt like home in there. It s suited for a couple but it can easily host up to 4 people. The area it s quiet, a good neighborhood. You can find a few stores very close where you can buy the things you need, just in case. About the transport to downtown, you have a bus station at 300 m away from the block from where you can take the bus to P za Venezia, it takes about 20 minutes to get there. The landlord it s a nice guy, he s doing a great job keeping this apartment hospitable. I really enjoyed staying there and I would come back anytime!

This is a perfect place for a couple, but it is also suitable for three or even four persons. A lovely and comfortable apartment situated just a few meters from the "Villa Doria Pamphilli" were you can get some quiet relaxation and nice views after a long rush-hours of rome center. It is only 10 minutes to the center by bus, but we have also experience that it is not so far to get there on your feet. We recomend this place for everyone who is looking cosy room for a suitable price as there is everything you need to forget that your are nor at home. Best regard to the landlord who is keeping the apartment in its best condition for every client!
