Appartamento bilocale interrato completamente ristrutturato situato in Via del Boschetto, nel caratteristico Rione Monti, ad un passo dal Colosseo, dai Fori Imperiali e da Piazza Venezia, in una zona centralissima e ben collegata grazie all'estrema vicinanza della metro, della Stazione Termini e di numerose linee di autobus.

Scendendo una breve rampa di scale si accede al soggiorno con angolo cottura e divano letto matrimoniale, completo di tavolo da pranzo e arredato con mobili ed oggetti di gusto. Un arco in mattoncini antichi arricchito da una pesante tenda conduce alla camera da letto matrimoniale. Il letto può essere utilizzato come un ampio letto matriomoniale (cm 160) oppure diviso in due letti singoli. Il bagno è provvisto di doccia.

Oltre al sistema di condizionamento, di deumidificazione ed alla piccola finestra in camera da letto, l’appartamento è dotato di un sistema di ricircolo dell’aria ricavato nelle intercapedini dei muri che esclude ogni ristagno d’aria o di umidità.

L’impianto di illuminazione è nuovo e abbonda di punti luce.

La casa è dotata wi-fi portatile di cui si può usufruire anche fuori dall’appartamento.

Una lavanderia è appena fuori dall’appartamento.

The location is very good and the owner Alessandro is very kind. The negative aspects are two, in my opinion: - one is related to the air from the apartment - it has no windows and it is quite humid. There is a de-umidificator in the apartment but my opinion is that it is not sufficient. - the second is the related to the facilities and furniture - a little bit old. Anyhow, my general impression is positive, I don't regret staying there.

Really perfect location. The apartment was very comfortable for us(couple), well-equipped with all household items (even coffee!).Nice and clean. We loved the place very much (we were 4 persons). I recommend it.

Than you very much for Mr. Flavio Lupi for his kindness and flexibility. The apartman was very comfortable for us(couple), well-equipped with all household items (even coffee!). The bedline and towels are spotless. The apartman is very close to the metro station and can be reached by feet from the city centre as well. There are nice cafes, trattorias and gelaterias around, and also a good grocery shop 200 ms away. We hope to come back soon!

The apartment was in the very perfect place, the furniture was solid but quite enough, Mr. Alessandro was wery kind. Arriving we had a
little suprise to see both bed were double instead of we have seen on the picture of your internet side. There were two single ( separated) beds in the kitchen on the foto, it was the cause of our choosing this apartment. So it was lightly annoying but we managed this problem and didn't want to make any trouble for it.
