Due appartamenti a Piazza Vittorio Emanuele, situati al 5° piano con ascensore. Gli appartamenti sono stati recentemente ristrutturati ed hanno un arredamento molto allegro. Godono di una splendida vista su Piazza Vittorio Emanuele, la città e i colli sullo sfondo.

Piazza Vittorio Emanuele è la più grande piazza di Roma ed è l'unica piazza porticata della città. La piazza è nel quartiere Esquilino vicino alla chiesa di Santa Maria Maggiore, tra la stazione Termini e dal Colosseo. La fermata della metro è proprio di fronte all'appartamento.

Il piccolo appartamento RMAP126 ha una camera con letto matrimoniale, una camera-soppalco con un grande letto dove possono dormire un adulto ed un bambino. Il soggiorno e la cucina condividono lo stesso open space. L'appartamento dispone di microonde, aria condizionata, bagno e riscaldamento.

Può ospitare fino a 4 persone e un bambino.

L'appartamento più grande RMAP127 ha due camere, dove potete trovare un 2 letti matrimoniali e un divano-letto nel soggiorno. Nella camera-soppalco si trova un letto singolo. Il soggiorno e la cucina condividono lo stesso open space. L'appartamento dispone di forno elettrico, aria condizionata, bagno e riscaldamento.

Può ospitare fino a 7 persone.

Appartement spacieux et chaleureux Très bien placé, près de la station de métro Nous avons passé un agréable séjour

Nous (famille de cinq) avons passé un séjour (première fois à Rome) de 4 nuits au printemps 2013. Nous avons apprécié le quartier populaire à l'écart des quartiers trop touristiques avec proximité de la gare centrale (utile quand on est perdu avec les connexions bus la nuit..) sans être très proche non plus. Le métro est pratique mais connections limitées. Après avoir beaucoup marché dans Rome, nous avons apprécié l'appartement convivial dans un immeuble bourgeois, avant dernier étage avec vue sur le parc (pas de vis à vis). Équipé wifi, très utile pour préparer le circuit du lendemain! Bref, nous le recommandons.

We were 3 couples and we stayed in the bigger apartment ( RMAP127). It was perfect. You have everything at the apartment and Valentina (owner) is very nice and helpful person. It is very quiet, so you can rest after walking through Rome. Metro station is next to the front door, and you have everything on walking distance bars, restaurants, parks, markets... Termini is 10 min by foot. We do recommend this nice place, we have so much fun, and if we visit Rome again, for sure we will stay at Valentina's apartment.

The appartment was very cosy, simple but with a nice ambient, quite romantic with the mezzanine. Abundant hot water in the shower. 5th floor with a good city sight. Elevator working perfectly. Quiet building and a Metro station right in front. Quiet Neighborhood with nice pizzeria and supermarkets. The only negative point refers to the dish wash that was not acceptable. When we first tried to use the dishes and pans we found out they weren't clean and even had food scraps from the people that used it before. This cleaning service must be improved. Overall it was a very good experience and we were satisfied. Mind in Rome: When you go to any caffe ask first if there is any extra fee to sit at table once they may charge different prices per each piece of bread, pizza, capuccino or whatever depending if you sit at table or stay up at balcon!!

We are group of 6 persons and stayed in the apartment for 4 nights. Location is the best. Metro entrance is in front of the door. There is a good chinese restaurant & gelateria nearby. We were comfortable and relaxed here. Space was big enough for 6 but had to manage wake up time since there is only 1 toilet. It's be better to have toilet cleaning sometimes during the long stay. We do recommend this place.

The apartment was very large and well divised. The view from the window on the fifth floor on Piazza Vittorio Emmanuelle was very nice: we took our drink there every night. It was very warm at the time we were in but the air conditioned work perfectly. The apartment is very close to Termini rail station departure and arrival from Fiumicino airport. We walk everywhere in Roma from the apartment inculding galeria Borghese... The owner was very kind, available and helful. We recommand the place and would certinly return to this place. A nice apartment, very well placed (subway station in front of the entrance, five minutes walking to Santa Maria Maggiore), very clean and good condition. And air-conditioning is a plus in Rome in Summer ;)
