Reference Code: RMAP12 - SAN PIETRO - I have stayed in this apartment with my friends in June this year. The
apartment is pretty, clean but there is very hot inside because there are
no air condition. Bathroom is very small,have no cabin with door only with
cover. I do'nt like it. Bedrooms are big and nicely furnished Apartment is
situated near San Pietro in the foot area. It is not good for people
arriving by car because there are no parking place around accept garage
which is very expensive.
The owner are very nice and helpful
I think it is good location for exploring Rome. From here you can walk or
go by bus all over Rome. It is near bus stop and near Rome monuments.
It was nice stay there

I have stayed in this apartment one year ago,and I want to recommend it. Though it's in a not very touristic quarter it's near of the Vatican and Metro stop Ottaviano. Besides, it's served by few bus lines, which stop in Via della Giuliana or Via Andrea Doria. In this street there is a morning market where you can buy good products (fresh pasta, mozzarella, meat and vegetables) at a good price.
Well, the apartment is well decorated and very comfortable (thanks to air conditioning), and it's in a quiet zone, so if you go there you'll enjoy your stay in Rome.

alle
linee A e B di metropolitana. Inoltre, è possibilie anche a piedi
raggiungere la zona del Colosseo e dei Fori Imperiali.
Per quanto riguarda la casa sono soddisfatto sia dell'arredamento in essa
presente, sia della dotazione (stoviglie, ecc.) a disposizione degli
ospiti.
Tutto molto accogliente e confortevole.

Here would be my review, if you wish to post it.
"The apartment was clean, functional and with a view worth multiple times
the price. What the description did not mention was that the building was
surrounded by a fabulous open market each morning and several coffee
houses, all of which make for a great beginning to one's day. The landlady
was incredibly friendly and helpful, which helped make my stay in Roma a
beautiful experience. I would recommend this apartment to anyone wishing
for a great place to stay in a great location in such a wonderful city."

Reference Code: RMAP35 - The apartment was great offering a large space for the 6 of us (4 adults and 2 infants). Very conveniently located within walking distance of Termini and 2 blocks from the Metro. There is a good kids playground in Piazza Victorio Emanuel near the Metro. One of the best food markets in Rome is across the street. We were a bit surprised at how international the neighborhood was with lots of Indian and Asian businesses but, this was fine with us and we eat great Indian food at the restaurant on the ground floor of the apartment complex. Accomodation was good, place is quiet, close to the metro station, close to the Colosseum. In appartment was only fun system, no air-conditioning, in the summer there is little bit hot inside. But it was nice stay there.

Fantastic location for exploring Rome and hassle free accommodation with very comfortable bed. Not for the less mobile as it is on the top floor with fairly steep stairs.
