Reference Code: MP 193 Navonna SleepingRome provided excellent communication. The appartment lacked some fundamentals i.e. Washing Machine did not work. Not enough linen provided - (no sheets for sofa bed). No kettle to boil water and kitchen implements were all dirty. Appartment was clean enough on entry.
Position was fantastic. Access to appartment early was imposible. I suggest you advise overseas visitors to stay at airport until access is possible! I was left stranded (no one around), for four hours with luggage after a 30hour flight and still waiting for the appointed time. Taxi driver told me he would be there in 5 minutes! I understood it to be at 10.30?? It was confusing. I would love to stay there again but would require a little more attention to detail. I advised the land lord of this. Many thanks we loved Rome.

Hi, there. I had a really nice stay in the Piazza Bologna apartment. It was spacious, warm, comfortable. It is very well conected to the metro near Piazza Bologa station. It is situated in a nice quiet area, close to a supermarket. Plus, the owner, Valentina, is a very nice lady who was very welocoming and helpful during our stay. A wonderful place! We had a great time in Rome. The apartment is very good and offered us everything we needed. There can sleep up do 8 people, no more. I think 6 is the best option. Do not hesitate to choose it. The owner was very polite.

From the very first contact through your website I recieved great service and help. Since we were in need of a baby crib and had other needs, since
we were travelling with our baby daughter, we recieved fast and excellent service in regard to this. We also had troubble paying through the net,
but this was sorted wit fast replies through e-mail. As all other questions. This help through the e-mail was of great value to us.
At arrivel the baby crib was not yet at place but our "landlord" at site was very helpful with arranging one immidatly as well as helping us with
other useful information. He was always at hand, but never interferring. Our stay was lovely with very clean rooms and great people staying at the same place. I also lked that there was people from all ages staying at the plaace. It felt secure and relaxing.
We loved our stay! I will recomend everyone, both old, single, couples and couples with children. We were met with very informative and helpful
service. The place was lovely and central. Thanks for a wonderful stay!
Keep up the service and high standard on your appartments.

Nuestra estadía fue maravillosa. El lugar muy tranquilo, bien ubicado para lo que nosotros buscabamos. Cerca de los medios de transporte pero alejado del ruido.
El departamento muy cómodo, amplio y perfectamente instalado con todo tipo de comodidades.
Un comentario especial para las personas de referencia que nos recibieron, Sra. Giuliana y familia del Sr. Cicinelli, excelente trato y cordialidad.
Sumamente educados y siempre a nuestra disposición. Nos hicieron sentir como en casa. realmente excepcional. ( POr favor Haganlo saber).
Tenemos los mejores recuerdos de ellos y de Roma gracias a ellos y muchas ganas de volver pronto.

The apartment RMAP23 was tidy, stylish, peaceful and safe. At days a guard could be found in the lobby. The nearest metro station Castro Pretorio was literally around the corner, as was a convenience store. By foot for example the Colosseum could be reached from the apartment in 20 minutes. The hostess was friendly and reliable. I truly recommend!
