WE WOULD LIKE TO EXPRESS OUR IMMENSE SATISFACTION DURING OUR STAY IN ROME BETWEEN 1ST AND 3RD MAY .
THE HOSTS WERE VERY EXTREMELY COURTEOUS AND HAD KEPT THE APARTMENT IN PERFECT CONDITION WITH ALL AMENETIES AS PROMISED AND MORE AS WELL.
THIS PLACE IS PERFECT IN LOCATION AND VERY SAFE AND SECURE .
COUDNOT HAVE ASKED FOR A BETTER FACILITY FOR A FAMILY.

The description of the appartment is not correct:
-there is no shared garden but a simple
courtyard of stone
-there is no wide livingroom but a rather limited room with no serous table in it
-I cannot imagine you can sleep on the old sofa
Further was the douchehead disabled.
The appartment has no light from outside and has no view on the outside world.
The two bedrooms and the beds are OK.
The appartrment was clean
Service was OK
The appartment is very quite, which is OK too!
The appartment is too expensive for what it offers.Admin reply: Thank you for your message.
I will speak with the owner of the apartment about your report.
Consider that you were in Rome on 1st of May (very very high season) and pay EUR 43 per person per night (in 4 people).

Our family of three is just finishing a five night stay as first renters. We enjoyed the newly and well-decorated spaces – the yellow walls work well here. The three sleeping rooms are away from street side and surprisingly quiet with good windows everywhere and electric shutters in masterbedroom(dark too, we slept in every morning). New beds are comfortable and have lots of pillows. All rooms have windows (almost all screened) offering cross lighting and venting. April weather was great but air conditioning and only morning sun will help in summer. Outside terrace with plants is beside glassed in and fully setup kitchen and large eating area. There’s one large leather bed/sofa in living room and a several antiques. An internetted computer and English option channels on tv were a big bonus. There’s a second tv in bedroom with just BBC News in English. Owners are very welcoming and available. Husband spent early years in Canada, so English is great. We felt very secure with a doorman on weekdays and nearby Russian embassy patrolled by Italian police. Mostly offices in building so no noisy neighbours. Has a more open view with low building opposite and even a small view of Roman hills. Very convenient to Metro (1 minute) grocery (20 seconds) and Termini (10 minutes with suitcases). After looking over hundreds of internet apartment choices we were not disappointed with the one we chose.

Reference Code:RMAP79+80 Good clean apartments, in a lively area (can be noisy at night)10 mins walk from the Termini. The owner is very helpful, and recomended some good restaurants very close the apartments.

Reference Code:apartment RMAP49 rented at Christmas 2007. Very well situated in town, calm. No separate bedroom as mentioned in notice. Not luminous because on ground floor. The kitchen lacks many items for cooking : nothing for making coffee or tea, opening a bottle or a tin, not kitchen towels etc. Admin reply: Thank you for your post. We have changed the website description, and now is clear that the apartment haven't a second bedroom. We informed the landlord about your negative report about cooking accessories.

The location of our apartment, in the Borgo Pio, was extremely convenient with a good bus service to Termini. It was clean and spacious enough for seven of us, including 4 children. The owners were very helpful indeed, always answered e-mails promptly and were very accommodating. We would definitely stay there again.Reference Code:
