Hello everybody! Me and my boyfriend visited Rome in May, 2016. The room is in the appartament of a very nice lady but still you can enjoy your privacy. There is a "double" bed but if needed it can be divided into two single beds. The host is very kind and prepared breakfast for us. We spent 4 days there. Nearby there is a busstop and subway which allow you to travel directly to the Colliseum, Vatican and the city centre. It is advnenture and you are even more impressed by the town's atmosphere. The neighbourhood is quite nice and there are a lot of cafes and restaurants. It was a bit challenging to find a supermarket so it's good to have ths in mind. Also before you arrive make sure you get the phone number of the lady in case you arrive late and have problems making your way through. Whether you arrive at Fiumiccino or Ciampino you need to take a bus to Termini Bus Station (4euros).From Termini to the appartament it is around 10min by taxi (15euros).

This apartment was the most comfortable and the most peaceful of all our hotels. Beatrice is very attentive hostess. The area is very quiet, beautiful and located close to the Termini. Thank you very much for our time in this apartment.

We liked very much the room, and Beatrice the owner was very kind and helpful with us. It has a nice garden with a small pond. We had an own bathroom. This apartment is quite close to the city, you can reach it with the bus nr. 80. I can recommend this accomodation for everybody!

During our stay in Rome we felt like at home staying in this appartment thanks to house owner signora Beatriche. She is so kind and carrying, We enjoyed our brekfast every morning eating in a nice garden. The appartment is situated in a very nice area and it is easy to get to the city center either by bus (80 or 80B to p. Venecia) or by feet to Spanish steps (about 20-25 min walk). Nearby it is also metro and tram station, direct line tram 19 goes to the city of Vatican. If you go straight from the green gate where the appartnment is you will gat in one block to a very nice ensemble of buildings with fontain in the middle. Many nice restaurants on Via Margarita (5 min walk). We found our stay very pleasant and are greatful to signora Beatriche for her kindness. Regards, Olga and Nadia.

During the travel across Italy in Rome we stopped in the apartment of RMBB11, in Porta Pia Regina Margherita area. The apartment is near to Roma Termini station about 30 minutes of walk on foot, in the beautiful, quiet district. Nearby market, stop of city transport. Subway too nearby. Very conveniently. Convenient, cozy, a room in the spacious beautiful apartment. Very friendly owners. Huge gratitude the signore Beatriche for her hospitality and care. Breakfasts, dinners in a beautiful garden unforgettably supplement impression about stay in this house. We are very happy with conveniences which were provided to us. The host was wonderful, though the room was not. The bed was very bad; it was an old frame that has on top a newer bulk bed that didn´t even reach the edges of the bed. It was functional but I wouldn´t recommend it.

I spent 4 nights here, and I was satisfied with everything. The location is not far from the city center, the hosts were kind and helpful. I recommend this accommodation to everyone.

Nice location on ground floor with large yard in back, can sit outside for breakfast. Owner is nice lady, very friendly and helpful, but limited English.

Ci siamo troviati li sensa problemi. Tutti direzione erano proprio corretto. La famiglia era molto gentile. Le camere erano pulite...Communque ritornero senza nessun dubio.

I attended Rome for a conference by myself and booked a B&B through SleepingRome, not knowing what it would be like. I must say I was quite pleased with the service. The room was in a very nice area, it was clean, and the hostess was extremely helpful in every way. Because I did not speak Italian, the evening I arrived (which was very late), she walked me three blocks to the bus stop to show me exactly which bus to take to Termini and to the location of the conference. The rate was very reasonable and I would definitely use the service again. I also highly recommend to anyone else.

The B&B accommodation was not bad, but we couldn't sleep in the room we reserved, we had to go to an other location and we had to share the bathroom (what we didn't expect). Nobody wants such a thing on arriving on holidays, it does not seem very serious.

The bed and breakfast accommodation we stayed in Rome was fairly comfortable, although we had to go through the owner's kitchen to reach our bathroom.
Also, we expected to be nearer Porta Pia than we were.
The owner was very kind to us and friendly but we would not stay there again
because of the location.

I spent a wonderful weekend with my fiance in Rome late June. We were staying at Mrs. Lotti's B&B place. Everything were present what were promised like a nicely furnished and private bathroom, breakfast in the garden and what's more: an absolutely nice and generous landlady, Mrs. Lotti. We would like to recommend this place for everyone.

We have a wonderful 3 days in Mrs. Lottis house.
The breakfast was not so good and to less. But the coffee was very good :-)
The house was nearly the termini station and we get easiely to all the sightseeing areas. We will never forget mrs. Lotti and rome.
