Situé au deuxième étage d'un immeuble du XVII siècle au coeur de la Rome antique, la structure est dans une courte distance de marche de les monuments les plus importants et évocateur du centre historique, comme la Piazza Santa Maria in Trastevere, le Île Tibérine, le quartier juif, le Campo de 'Fiori. Un peu plus loin mais toujours dans facile à atteindre sont les monuments suivants: S. Pierre et les Musées du Vatican, Castel Sant'Angelo, Piazza Navona et le Panthéon.

RMBB84 - RMBB85 - RMBB86: confortables et élégantes chambres doubles avec salle de bain.

RMBB87 - RMBB88: Chambre double, avec lits jumeaux mis ensemble, avec salle de bain.

RMBB86 et RMBB87 sont interconnectés et sont donc capables de devenir chambre quadruple.

Tous les chambres ont: TV, air conditionné, minibar, sèche cheveux, micro-ondes et wi-fi.

La maison dispose également d'un espace commun avec cuisine, table et chaises, où les clients peuvent se divertir, préparer et manger des snack et passer du temps de détente ensemble. Il y a une splendide terrasse où vous pourrez profiter de vues spectaculaires et des pittoresques toits de Rome et de quelques-uns des principaux monuments de la ville. La terrasse est équipée et les clients pourront profiter du petit déjeuner en été et se détendre à toute heure du jour en utilisant la douceur proverbiale du climat à Rome.

We have all looked forward to visit your place in Rome, but when we came, you have booket the apartment to other people. You gave us a hotel Rip with 4 stars, but it was not what we wanted, so our holiday was not what we have dreamed about. We wanted the real Rome and want to stay downtown in Italian style with a terrace on the roof. You gave us a nice hotel who could be in all towns without the sole we wanted and no terrase. The location was not good even it was in the same area, but the building araund was not nice to look at and we had to walk much longer, so we therefore had to take a taxi many times. It makes it more expensive. We wantet to be close to our friends but they stayed at 5.th floor and we stayed at 7. th floor. Therefore our holiday was not what we have planed, and we were thinking about the place many times every day, which make us sad. Next time we go to Rome you have to give us something very nice and just where we want to stay. Regards Henrik and Helle Holm.

The B&B manager did a mistake with the registration of your reservation.
As sleepingrome, we received an advice about an overbooking problem 3 hours before your arrival from the manager of the B&B. In our confirmation we ask to all our customers to contact the manager of the apartment min 5 days in advance, and you did it only the evening before your arrival.
We was in a very critical situation and We had to decide for you, you were in the airplane to rome (no phone, email, etc.), and we did our best to find a 4 stars hotel in trastevere area (hotel ripa) for the same price (we offered also the option of a complete refund). The owner did a mistake and it is deprecable, but at the same time you don't follow the istruction (marked as important in our confirmation email) to contact him min. 5 days in advance. If you did, we discovered the owner's mistake 4/5 days before, a reasonable time to concordate with you a different accomodation solution.
We are very sorry and we undestand your negative review, at the same time we did the best possible in a similar situation.
