Está situado a 300 metros de un autobús (44) que le llevará a 20 minutos al centro histórico, a Piazza Venezia.

Apartamento muy elegante y renovado con mucho estilo, cuenta con un dormitorio doble y un salón amplio y luminoso, con cocina completamente equipada, sala de estar con un sofá-cama doble, baño con ducha y una pequeña terraza.

También cuenta con televisión, reproductor de DVD, aire acondicionado, caja fuerte, lavadora, plancha y tabla de planchar, lavavajillas, vajilla, ropa de cama, toallas y limpieza final están incluidos.

We were 4 friends, going to Rome for Maratona di Roma 2012. The apartment was just what we wanted. Clean and comfortable, quiet. It wasn't close to the center, but buses & trams were near by, so it wasn't difficult for us to find our way. A very nice park is just a few meters away from the building. So, I would recommend this appartment. Also, very nice service from sleepingrome.com (very helpful & replied promptly to all my questions).

The apartment looks very good, it s clean, well equipped. It s comfortable, I really felt like home in there. It s suited for a couple but it can easily host up to 4 people. The area it s quiet, a good neighborhood. You can find a few stores very close where you can buy the things you need, just in case. About the transport to downtown, you have a bus station at 300 m away from the block from where you can take the bus to P za Venezia, it takes about 20 minutes to get there. The landlord it s a nice guy, he s doing a great job keeping this apartment hospitable. I really enjoyed staying there and I would come back anytime!

This is a perfect place for a couple, but it is also suitable for three or even four persons. A lovely and comfortable apartment situated just a few meters from the "Villa Doria Pamphilli" were you can get some quiet relaxation and nice views after a long rush-hours of rome center. It is only 10 minutes to the center by bus, but we have also experience that it is not so far to get there on your feet. We recomend this place for everyone who is looking cosy room for a suitable price as there is everything you need to forget that your are nor at home. Best regard to the landlord who is keeping the apartment in its best condition for every client!
