Excelente departamento. Repetimos estadia (la anterior en 2012). Todo cerca. Se complica un poco salir caminando para combinar transporte hacia la zona de Termini (dada la gran cantidad de gente que hay ahora) pero ño solucionamos yendo hacia Porta Maggiore y combinar alli. Alessandro el dueño un fenomeno, de 10. Nos permitio realizar el chek un poquitito mas tarde.

somptueux et propre, pièces lumineuses et spacieuses..
propreté impeccable.
accueil du propriétaire très sympathique, malgré une heure d'arrivée tardive.
Appartement à recommander et à utiliser sans modération pour des longs et moyens séjours, pour 6 personnes minimum.

La casa è situata in una buona posizione, ci sono vicini supermercato, metropolitana, mezzi di superficie e la stazione.... Per i nostri gusti un po' troppi extra comunitari, ma per il resto tutto bene. I proprietari sono stati gentili e disponibili.

Logement conforme aux photos (TV moderne en plus ), propre. Assez bruyant côté rue et système d'eau chaude particulier dans la douche, pas assez de vaisselle. Attente de 45 minutes pour avoir les clés de l'appartement.
Appartement (1er étage à droite) bien localisé à 15 minutes de la gare et supermarché à 10 minutes à pied.

Flat was clean and well equiped. Beds are confortable, there is enough space and the building itself has a lot of charm.
20mn by foot from Colosseo (anticipate your reservation to visit !), 5mn from a supermarket and a famous ice cream shop called Fassi.Termini station is at 10mn, Metro at 5mn.
Wifi works well, owner (and his family) are nice persons.
The only reproach is that the street below is quite noisy and can be heard from the appartment.
Good value for money anyway.

The house was great, warm, clean and well furnished even-though the area was a little like a "geto". One important thing was that the bathroom didn't had a key. I had a good time and i would like to come there again. I suggest to everybody because the house quality was good comparing to price.

Nous avons été très satisfait de cette location, bien située à 3mn à pied du métro et du tramway, à 15mn à peine de la gare Termini. Mme Grecco est charmante et nous a dépanné en gardant nos bagages entre notre sortie de l'appartement et l'heure de notre départ de train. Concernant l'appartement, il est spacieux et dispose de toutes les commodités comme lave vaisselle. Nous n'avons passé que 3jours mais il est idéal pour y passer un séjour plus long. Très bon rapport qualité/prix

We had a nice first time in Rome. The apartment is exactly like it's described here including the pictures and everything. The location was nice if you bear in mind that is only 5-10 minutes walking to the Termini. Also at night a bus passes right across the apartment at one station. The only thing is that the general area seemed a bit of "bad region" especially during at night to wonder in the streets. Other than that the owners of the house were polite and helped us to everything we asked. The apartment had most of the things needed. In general it was a good first experience.

This apartment and location was great. You can actually walk through the train terminal which parallels Giovanni Giolitti (and exit by Termini Air terminal) then walk the rest along Giovanni Giolitti. then right on Cairoli and left on the first street, which is Umberto Principe.
If you are not familiar with the train station, then exit from the main terminal on the side where there is a McDonalds Restaurant and walk along Giovanni Giolitti until Cairoli. It takes about 8-10 minutes.
It was like a home away from home. I could not believe that there was even a coffee maker with everything needed for a nice hot cup of coffee. We had everything we needed. Place was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The rooms were quite big.
Alessandro and his sister Irene were fantastic.
Irene was very kind and gracious to us. She actually kept our luggage in her own apartment after we checked out because we were not leaving Rome until nighttime and there were 5 of us. So Irene, thank you so much. We greatly appreciate what you did for us.
We would highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again.

Excelente departamento, amplio, comodo, limpio, tranquilo y con todo lo necesario (lavavajilla, lavarropa). Quien nos recepciono (Irene) nos trato muy cordialmente y con mucha predisposicion. A pocas cuadras de una estacion de subte y cerca de Termini. Una de las lineas de bus nocturno tiene la parada en frente del edificio!! Supermercado cerca. La unica desventaja es que si queres el servicio de internet, te lo cobran 4 euros por dia ademas del pago del alquiler.

The apartment was ideally situated for all the major sites in Rome. It was very clean and well equipped, there was some traffic noise. Nice restaurant within 2 minutes walk and supermarket within 4 minutes walk. Would definitely stay here again.

I was with Filipino-American friends, a whole family. It was their first time in Italy and their friends in Los Angeles already warned them of the high costs of hotels or bed and breakfast accomodations here. I, too, was awed at the apartment we rented for 4 days and 3 nights. Very spacious, complete with everything (including a washing machine, a big refrigerator and microwave oven!) It is very near the train station and there are wholesale and retail stores where you can buy souvenirs, bags and almost everything at a wholesale price!! The only thing negative is that at night, we had to walk home and some parts were unlighted and many foreigners were drinking in the streets. But perhaps they were just relaxing after a hard day's work bec there had been no problem during our stay. I definitely recommend this apartment.

Apartamento muy recomendable para 6 personas. Aunque en fotografías perece más pequeño, es muy amplio. El sofá cama muy cómodo. El metro está a 5-10 minutos caminando. Hay bastantes supermercados, restaurantes, tiendas cercanas, incluso para salir por la noche hay un club a unos 5 imuntos. Lo recomendaría sin duda para grupos de amigos, familias....

Quartier sale et mal fréquenté : vitre de voiture cassée pour tentative de vol la 1ère nuit.
Pas rencontré le propriétaire qui s'est permis de passer à l'appartement en notre absence.
Sinon la situation serait intéressante compte tenu de la proximité de la gare et donc des arrets de bus et métro.
Mais nous sommes rentrés décus de la prestation.

The only thing it may improve is the hot water capacity. For 6 people it was not enough to shower one after another.

The apartment is HUGE! The kitchen has all the dishes needed to cook a meal for our family of four. It is very tidy and the landlord is readily available should we need anything. The Termini Station, supermarket, restaurants, and Hop on Hop off bus stop are all within walking distance.

The apartment RMAP58 is one of the best places to stay in Rome. It is a quite area with all that you need very close: supermarket, places to eat, The oldest and the greatest Gelatteria in ROME at 3 minutes, 5 minutes from the Metro line, Bus stop just at the corner. The owner is a very nice and helpful person. The apartment is very clean and equipped with all that you need for your staying.

The apartment near Termini station was fabulous and more than we had hoped for. It was convenient from the train station and convenient to the sites. The proprietor was friendly and helpful and professional. The rooms perfectly accomodated our needs and I would not hesitate to recommend the apartment to anyone who needed room for 6 in Rome. It was charming and "old world" enough with high ceilings and large, tall windows; yet with every modern convenience and beautifully decorated. We all loved it.

salve... abbiamo soggiornato a Roma dal 30 maggio al 2 giugno. L'appartamento era come ci era stato descritto: carino, pulito, accogliente, con tutto il necessario. La proprietaria è stata molto disponibile sia all'arrivo, sia durante, sia alla partenza. La zona è tranquilla e comoda per arrivare alla stazione dei treni e comoda anche alla metro per il centro. Eravamo in 7 compresi 2 bambini e siamo stati molto comodi! Lo consiglio. Grazie

The apartment: Via Principe Umberto- the apartment was amazing, we didn't axpect that good housing conditions- clear,full equipment. The apartment is on the first flor. Staircase- very clear and look nice. The flat was quiet- becouse of modern weendows. We have also very good contact with landlord, who was very helpful. Everything in describctions of this flat was true- 5min from Termini, and 10min from Coloseum. We absolutely loved our stay at this apartment. It comfortably fit 6 adults. It was extremely well located and walking distance to where we needed to go. It was close to the grocery store, restauants, and train station. It was extremely clean and well furnished. It was quiet which was much better than the last apartment we stayed at in Rome.
