Apartamento totalmente renovado en el sótano en Via del Boschetto, en el característico Barrio Monti, a un paso del Coliseo, del Foro Romano y de Piazza Venezia, en una zona muy central y bien comunicada gracias a la cercanía del metro, de la Estación Termini y de numerosas líneas de autobús.

Se compone de un salón con cocina americana y sofa cama para 2, una habitación con cama de matrimonio o dos camas individuales, un baño con ducha.

Tiene aire acondicionado, deshumidificador, sistema de recirculación del aire y instalación de iluminación nuevo con muchos puntos de luz y wi-fi portátil que se puede utilizar también fuera del apartamento.

Cerca hay una lavandería.

The location is very good and the owner Alessandro is very kind. The negative aspects are two, in my opinion: - one is related to the air from the apartment - it has no windows and it is quite humid. There is a de-umidificator in the apartment but my opinion is that it is not sufficient. - the second is the related to the facilities and furniture - a little bit old. Anyhow, my general impression is positive, I don't regret staying there.

Really perfect location. The apartment was very comfortable for us(couple), well-equipped with all household items (even coffee!).Nice and clean. We loved the place very much (we were 4 persons). I recommend it.

Than you very much for Mr. Flavio Lupi for his kindness and flexibility. The apartman was very comfortable for us(couple), well-equipped with all household items (even coffee!). The bedline and towels are spotless. The apartman is very close to the metro station and can be reached by feet from the city centre as well. There are nice cafes, trattorias and gelaterias around, and also a good grocery shop 200 ms away. We hope to come back soon!

The apartment was in the very perfect place, the furniture was solid but quite enough, Mr. Alessandro was wery kind. Arriving we had a
little suprise to see both bed were double instead of we have seen on the picture of your internet side. There were two single ( separated) beds in the kitchen on the foto, it was the cause of our choosing this apartment. So it was lightly annoying but we managed this problem and didn't want to make any trouble for it.
